Request for the switching the my fund from growth(Equity) to deposite not acted upon causing the loss in thousands.
Complaint lodged at portal not answered but the complint in person & via E-mail to Area manger who responded to a point than trail become cool post the denial of the fact as stated even in their own email(Accepting the problem at portal).
Now even the mail address of dealing Development officer is blocked .Area manager does not respond, Greivience does not acknowledge /respond., Then who is to be contacted to redeem the loss.
