Sub:- Unconnected calls being received from HDFC Ban, New Delhi/Gurgaon - Reg.
I wish to bring to your kind notice that my full name is Kandadai Srirama Sathagopa Ramanujacharyulu, working in The Singareni Collieries company Limited (Coal Mines) and I am a resident of Srirampur Colony for the past 30 years. I am having SB A/c No.[protected] at Mancherial HDFC Bank. I have chaned my cell phone on 4th April, 2008 with No.[protected]pre-paid) and the same also was informed to the Bank for correction. My earlier cell No.was[protected].
After changing the cell phone, I used to get calls from HDFC Bank, New Delhi/Gurgaon (Ph No.[protected] that I have to pay some dues for using my Credit Card. But I am not having any CREDIT CARD and I am conveying the same to them. They are telling my name as K.S.Ramanuja and the Firm and my pemanent address etc., what they are telling are not pertaining to me. In spite of giving the actual information, they used to call once or twice every month and I am giving the same reply.
On 7th Nov, '08, I have received a call again from HDFC Bank, New Delhi/Gurgaon (Ph No.[protected] as well as Police authorities that I have to pay dues. Again I have brought to their notice that I am not having any Credit Card and I am not a resident of New Delhi/Gurgaon, never visited the above places, I am not an employee of S.V.Construction, Gurgaon and my permanent address is not Pentapogu, West Godavari Dist as conveyed by them.
Probably, they are calling me basing on newly changed cell phone which was not with me earlier to April, 2008.
As the above unconnected calls are giving unnecessary mental torture to me, I request you to kindly look into the matter, take up with concerned authorities and do the needful at the earlier.

I have been using my HDFC Credit Card for the last 3 years. I am the sole earning member of my family. I have my Mother, Father, Sister and Wife who are dependent on me. My Sister got married recently where a lot of expenditure had to be incurred by me including loan .Now she has got separated from her husband and is now financially dependent on me.
Due to such unavoidable circumstances I am not being able to pay the current monthly payment since December 2008 the outstanding for which stands at Rs.74, 000/- approx.
For the last 1 month I'm receiving Life Threatning Phone Calls and abuses on my Office Phone Numbers[protected]/[protected]. The calls are being made by Sukanto Das & Ms.Gupta, Collection Agents of HDFC Bank from the phone number[protected]. They have been calling my Office Colleagues and abusing them in slang languages. They have even called my Office HR (Mr.Rajat Grover) and abused him which may put an adverse effect on my job.
They are even threatning to visit my home at Dumdum where my Wife who is pregnant is staying alone. If any Physical/Mental Harrasment is done at my Residence, it can cause terrible danger to her life.
I humbly request you to kindly look into the same as I'm undergoing tremendous mental pressure and also fearing Physical Torture.
For the last 3 years I have been paying my bills diligently and also trying my level best to pay off the current dues at the earliest. Sincerely request you to look into the matter.
