The complaint is simple. No bills received from HDFC Bank. After three months, they claim there is a due pending, I request them to hold on for a few days, post which non-HDFC employees threaten me with abusive language, and ask me to come to places (which are not HDFC Bank) to settle the matter.
The refuse to acknowledge this action on mail and yet continue on such behaviour undeterred. The individuals in concern are as follows:
Meena Tourani (HDFC Bank) - Continues to use abusive language by calling me a 'Dog', @#$% and more. Some of the language used is very derogatory.
Vijay (refuses to mention where he is from) - bearing cellphone number - +[protected] Uses the dirtiest language possible in Kannada. One wonders how he's gotten so creative with them - have it on recorded audio.
Suresh (supposedly HDFC Bank) - Screams, howls and abuses over the phone.
Quite simply, my complaint is that I don't have to pay any fees, interest, charges to this bank when their service is abusive in nature. Would prefer to take a legal course of action from hear on.

Credit Card — Disgraceful Employees
Past 3 weeks I am calling to know the status of my application, but so far they are still not able to track my record. Everytime i call them they says "our system are down, kindly call us later" its a pathetic customer service.I WANT AN ASSISTANCE AND WOULD APPRECIATE IF I GET A CALL FROM BARCLAYS WITHIN NEXT 24 HRS.
