we have been cheated by heena tours and travels .We booked south africa tour for 12 days .the amount was Rs 151000 p.p., we were 4 people . they charged extra RS 10000 p.p as they said that they cant afford the chef to come along with us. there were no chef with us in the whole trip neither the services and types of hotels they claimed was provided. the services that were claimed in brochures and advertisement were false . i asked for the answers and refunds from the agent but now they are not ready to answer regarding this. they never go by their commitment . the quality of food and variety of food they tell is never given . we total of 17 members went to kashmir with heena but the quality was bad . the menu was same in the breakfast . they never changed menu if we ask them they till it is fixed . what is the use of spending so much of money and compromise . overall service not satisfactory.
