To be very very honest...I request you all plz don't go to Heena for domestic tours especially...It's our first experience in Heena..N last as well...We have heard alot about heena for It's services n especially in food...they have their own running kitchen n special Maharaj...trust me Food taste is damn pathetic...we had paid extra more money for food only in this tour..but Pathetic food we were served...we had severe hyper acidity after tour...destination we chose Asam, Arunachal pradesh n Meghalaya...we paid 180000 per couple without transportation fare...37000 we managed Air fare for this bloody trip...Heena claims it running since 36 years..doesn't heena know about roads, atmosphere n adversities in this area????..this tour is organised twice in month! ...so heena is blind about these state's roads danger n extremely cold weather??????...we put our life in danger..very close to death...heavy snowfall on the way to Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh...single lane narrow roads ...slippery roads...one side mountain n other side deep ditch...By God's grace we survived... That day was bad nightmare!!! we should have gone for FIR for such troublesome horrible disastrous journey...dining area in Assam hotel was like slums...cocroches running on dinning table n mosquitoes biting badly
Heena is keen on earing money money money only
no satisfaction...minus temperature in Arunachal pradesh Meghalaya may give you heart attack...horrible cold will stop your heart...Unbearable!!!

    worst tour operator

    Dear friends,

    I had booked malaysia and singapore tour package via heena tours & travels for 3 people wherein we had paid for 3 person i. E. 1 couple and 1 extra person not triple sharing but our all hotel booking was made for double bed and one extra bed which was a complete shock for us, also before booking they had mentioned hotel at singapore as park royal hotel who’s tarrif is around 20k and we were provided village...

    I had received an Email from Heena Tours representative mentioning very clearly the following:

    "Tour is available for JK 3 – 27 June 2017. Group A. You can go ahead & issue flight tickets"

    After I booked the tickets and went to pay the booking amount they mentioned that the tour has been cancelled due to lack of sufficient bookings and due to cancellations.

    Since, I have already booked the flight tickets for 6 o[censored]s, I have no option but to follow their terms relating to change in type of food.

    There should be strict law enforcement that would not allow travel agents to make such changes which leave the travellers with no choice but to follow the travel agent's offered choices only.

    I have provided below the response received from the tour operator.

    Dear Sir,

    Please note we are fixed departure group tour operators, with our own Vegetarian Catering team. You will appreciate the price benefits, of Travelling in a group. At the same time there are some limitations in Group tours. The biggest one being not getting requisite numbers to operate the Group.

    During the summer season, in the initial period we had good response, from clients, but as the Law and order situation kept deteriorating the people started cancelling their bookings, and all fresh bookings have come to a halt. So in this scenario we are sorry to inform you that we are not n a position to offer you a Fixed departure group tour with our own vegetarian catering on your desired dates.


    In case you need a tailor made tour, where we can offer you a Innova, Hotel Reservation and Breakfast and Dinner provided by the Hotel, we can do the needful.

      Hi guys i am chirag from thane.
      i booked my parents tickets for europe for 11 days tour. my parents have a age of 78 yrs. i had a talk and detailed conversation with Alpa mehta. she told me and convinced me about the tour.
      i booked my parents tickets under her guidelines. when they left for the tour, from the day one their tour guide was missing and after a complaint by my parents and other tour peoples their they arranged a person who was not a tour guide but a person who was staying in europe to handle them. after three days of improper tour guide they called me back to india from europe to have a talk to alpa mehta and ask for a proper person. i tried to call alpa mehta in her parle office, she tried to ignore and never use to come on the phone as she was avoiding me. she tried to show me as if she was very busy. they also send food and other items with the passenger who travells from india as to reduce the cost of food as they have to buy it from outside the country. guys make it a note do not ever go through this travels outside india as their management is worse and the staff sitting in parle office is arrogant and bad. try any other international tour by seeing the reviews but dont try this travels.
      They charge 5000₹ just for an inquiry related to customised trip.. and that too non refundable. How can a person or a couple or group decide about selecting a travel company before knowing that what wud be the avg approx costing of his package wd this company.

        Dear Sir / Madam, We faced too many challenges during the JK3 tour scheduled from 15-22 May 2014. 1. Per tour manager Mr. Rajneesh, due to communication gap between Heena tours and Hiltop hotel of Gulmarg, we waited for 1-2 hours on arrival at Hilltop hotel. 2. Hilltop room at Gulmarg was not cleaned, towels were wet and many similar issues on arrival 3. Later there was water leakage from roof to the bed and also noticed rat (mouse) in the room located next to extra bed on floor! 4. List of issues we faced, goes on and on for the hilltop, Gulmarg hotel. 5. Similar challenges faced when we arrived at hilltop, Pahalgam. 6. No lift services through 2 days of stay, broken extra bed and it took long time to change it, heater was not provided until it was escalated to tour manager. 7. List goes on and on for the hilltop, Pahalgam hotel. 8. I personally explained the issues faced at Hilltop, Pahalgam with Heena tours CEO, Mr. Prabhubhai Joshi as well on 21-May-14 (Wednesday) and later to Hilltop management. 9. Brand new bag wheel was broken during the bag shifting done by your team. It's damaged badly. 10. As you can imagine it's difficult to put the cost for such a trouble we faced during vacation. I request you in writing for at least 20% of the charges to be refunded to cover for the significant trouble we (entire family) faced during the tour, JK3. Please don't hesitate to call me for any clarifications. Please do the needful. Prior to escalation, I wrote above to Ms. Alpaben Sethia at Heena Tours and Travels, Mumbai office (through her we did the booking) but she is giving all kind of excuses.           we have been cheated by heena tours and travels .We booked south africa tour for 12 days .the amount was Rs 151000 p.p., we were 4 people . they charged extra RS 10000 p.p as they said that they cant afford the chef to come along with us. there were no chef with us in the whole trip neither the services and types of hotels they claimed was provided. the services that were claimed in brochures and advertisement were false . i asked for the answers and refunds from the agent but now they are not ready to answer regarding this.

          sir,
          they never go by their commitment . the quality of food and variety of food they tell is never given . we total of 17 members went to kashmir with heena but the quality was bad . the menu was same in the breakfast . they never changed menu if we ask them they till it is fixed . what is the use of spending so much of money and compromise . overall service not satisfactory.

            I and my friend had visited Heena tours and travels office to inquire about their ladakh trip on 10th July. We were told that there were 3 people scheduled for 7 august. We spoke to the gentleman over there and after confirming that they will organise the tip for us even if we are two people. After getting all the dates verified by them we booked our airline tickets from mumbai to leh and back.

            When we went to pay the tour cost at their ghatkopar branch we were told that the tour had been cancelled. At first they refused to make travelling arrangements for us. However after some haggling they did agree.
            Just two days before only when we inquired about our travel arrangements they said that they would be unable to make the arrangements for us.

            My friend and I have suffered a huge loss because of them as we had to cancel our airline tickets. They had also deposited our cheque which was cleared by the bank. They provided a lame excuse that there is curfew in Ladakh. Every one knows that inspite of the upheaveal in Kashmir Ladakh never has a curfew. We called up the hotels over there and had inquired. Though they returned the money , we had to suffer a huge loss due to the cancellation of the air tickets.

            I would not recommend anyone to travel by heena tours and Travels. They have a very incompetent staff who are not aware about the tours being conducted. They just know how to provide lame excuses and to pull wool over people's eyes.

            Heena Tours customer care Isha and Samidha worst behaviour kashmir tour. Isha and samidha behaves very badly with customers. They have not even provided initial information for kashmir tour. Worst Travel Service customer care associates no care for phone call customers.
            Would never recommend Heena Tours to anyone..worst bus, low quality food n inspite of repeated complaints to head office and ghatkopar branch, , they took no steps to impove..staff is good but horrible n rude management..we are currently in Rajasthan..n experiencing pathetic conditions, , 14 o[censored]s are stranded in the middle of route to Jaipur, , with no response from tour organizers..
            Better go for other alternative as they are highly unprofessional n really smart inuff to make u full.All the best wish u a v happy journey take care n keep ur self cool as they r use to make u stupid.

            Isha Puts wrong spelling to for booking tickets and then when we call them they behave rudely saying that they we have given wrong spelling..
            I can’t believe that this agency is given 1-2 stars. I have not seen staff like this anywhere. So competent, so polite, courteous. Food, unbelievable, you ask for anything and they have it.
            I felt so safe and comfortable with all staff. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THUS TO ANYBODY WITH POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND KNOW HOW TO APPRECIATE EVEN LITTLE HELP GIVEN BY OTHERS. I love them. Prakashji, thank you for all your great work, you are the best manager.

            Worst Service...Poor Time management...Hotels are outside of main city center...Manager takes to much commission in booking taxi. Charges of taxi which booked by HEENA MANAGER are 1000 Rs. Higher than
            Normal Booking. They don't tell Hotels name in advance.

            In short they must change their name from Heena tours and travels to Heena tiffin services.. as they believe in asking reviews and giving their best only in the food that they provide and not on the entire tour as such.. Every thing else was pathetic. From the taxi pickup to the touring around.. showing places.. your guide was a big fat liar.. from the delayed pickups to hotel accomodation arrangements. To sight seeings.. he's got a lie ready.. even before anything I wonder how can he manufacture a lie and out the blame on the third party?? Guys understand.. if I had to listen to the issues of taxi wala or of hotel I would have booked all by myself and not through Heena.. I'm paying you so that I don't have to worry about the taxi and hotel etc... looks like you guys. seriously would suggest any other travel.. these guys are pathetic and liars.. BTW my tour manager was Manoj..

              During EP-1 tour dated 25 May to 5 June 2009 Heena Tours and Travels Vile Parle, Ghatkoper services was very bad. The complaint was launched with Heena Ghatkoper office to Mr. Chintan.

              No respose as of now and very bad way of treating their service

              The services which everyone to looke specially before booking tour are

              1. Manager does partiallity and very bad in handling customer. Room allocation, time management, relcutent in provding commited service for sightscene
              2. Being executing Darjeeling tour for long and having lots of experience forces customer to wake up early to save to drop at air port with no lunch to save their cost and money.
              3. Same tour executed by them have been given proper lunch during drop off and sight scene also compensated but our tour has to pay extra from our pocket

              Heena tours and travels do not take any responsibility in providing answer to complaint and very bad in handling customer

              Be aware of before booking tour to clarify all these things otherwise once you start tour your money is gone and your feel like cheated by Heena

              Bad and pathetic customer service by Heena in all department (tour, management, food, customer handling)

              Be careful before spending thousands of Ruppes.
