[Resolved] Heera Himachal Holidays (Rana Motors) — Travelling

Actually I booked a ticket from Delhi to Katra from make my trip online. The bus operator name is heera himachal holidays (Rana Motors). I received a call 2 hours before bus operator said that your volvo bus has cancelled you have to journey in sleeper the number of bus was UP-0001. I reached their at 7pm at the time of departure. But the journey start at 10pm, I got a seat in AC Sleeper bus after 10 min the water flowing from the roof of AC. I have to face lot of difficulties with my wife and my 10 months son. When i complaint to bus staff they said that water leakage in every cabin. After two hours when our cabin totally dreached in water again i told to bus staff. They were sleeping in their cabin they get up and said that please sit on my head and abused me. I shocked this type of service are providng by Heera Himachal Holidays. They are making fool to the customer. Please avoid bus travelling from delhi to katra in bus. Only travel in Indian railway.

I and my wife travelled in Heera Himachal Volvo Bus(Rana Motors) from katra to Delhi on 7-06-12. The bus took off very late, much after time. The AC, which was supposed to be working for the whole journey, worked only for 2 hrs initially and we had to travel the entire journey in suffocation. There was another family travelling with us who had, unfortunately, booked in the same bus for Delhi to Katra. they had told us that the condition of the bus which took them to Katra from Delhi was also just the same and they had fought a lot with the operators and the operators had promised to repair the AC and give them better service in their return journey but to no avail! many of the passengers were vomiting baceause of suffocation and the kids were continuously crying.

I believe that switching off the AC after the bus travels a bit is a common practice of this operator in order to save the running cost.
Overall, it was a horrible experience and I hope no one else goes through this trauma again.

We have pledged never to take their service ever again.
