[Resolved] Hero Electric / Maxi Bike Battery — non responsible behaviour of company as well as dealer | |||
Respected Hero Electric Team, It is to inform you that i had bought batteries of hero electric bike(maxii) from your dealer AMAN ELECTRONICS(opp.Lovely Autos,Nakodar Chowk,Jalandhar,ph-[protected]).on[protected].Btteries have developed some problem and stopped working but batteries are under gurranty of six months,I approched your dealer AMAN ELECTRONICS for gurranty issue but he simply refused.it is very sad that such a big company has appointed dealer like AMAN ElECTRONICS .who is erasing the image of the company from the heart of the peoples with his non responsible nature .I have the signed and stamped bill of AMAN ELECTRONICS with me showing six month gurranty.I hereby request the copmpany to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and do not appoint such dealers who are continuosly destoying the image of the copmany virender Singh Pathania HNO-98 Gali no-8 Sangat Singh Nagar Jalandhar PH NO-[protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||

lovely autos jalandhar — battery problem
we bought car 18 july 2008 .In the sep month battery got completely dead, we also went to the lovely autos in jalandhar .they assured us that they will change the battery, they did not change it and gave us the same battery and they just charge it. we gave them service charges near about Rs.300 and also spent fuel charges because we located very far from the lovely autoswhen they gave us battery . they also got dead after one month. we also complaint it about the lovely autos in jalandhar, but they again did the same thing and again took the service charges .the members of lovely autos did not behave good. when we have to buy car they listen us properly, and call us again and again. but now we bought the car so they do not treat us in good way.The member of lovely autos i.e vikram who assure us that he will help in every way but now he did not listen us, and mobile no of vikram is [protected],
whenever we have to go some where, the battery got dead, it happens around 6-7 times, and we also spent around Rs 2100 on the service and fuel charges.
we told them to change it, but they did not listen us. now again it happens in 5 may .we gave the battery to company but now again they did the same thing and gave us the same battery.we want that the battery should be change, otherwise we will put this case on the consumer court. so plz change our battery and give us reply as soon as possible.
