[Resolved]  Hero Electric — My subsidy is still not credited in my account

I bought new hero optima cx single battery scooter on 29/09/2022..and even my friend bought the same on 27/09/2022...my subsidy is still not credited in my account...but his subsidy credited on his account...sir..please help me
