[Resolved]  Hero Electric — 2nd Battery of Hero electric optima cx er not received

I am writing this message after suffering harrassment at one of HERO ELECTRIC dealership i.e. HERO ELECTRIC RS SALES located at POLICE STATION, 48, Railway Rd, near NIT5, Faridabad, Haryana 121001. Very rude and disrespecting women who make bills there, harrassed me there after making downpayment, In startng When I was just enquiring for the scooty, they were politly talking, But after making downpayment of 55000, They started behaving like torturer, They were talking in very rude manner, they were abusing me, my husband, and my father, they charged me 95000, for the hero optima cx er, I made a down payment of 55000, and 40000 for finance, but at late night they denied for my finance so they mortage my father's new scooty activa, I trusted them and I waited for next day, But when I visit there I came to know that the owner ran away with my father scooty key, that day my finance got done I have to pay 10000 extra for the finance to them because I got stuck there after making downpayment I had to do whatever they said, After waiting for many hours, That woman said that owner said that you have done downpayment of 54500, I said that I have the swipe machine slip, I have done 55000, she said no, you have done 54500, they started fighting with me and were not giving back my activa scooty keys, but after so many debates she realized that she was wrong in calculation and said that Yes You have made payment of 55000, and then i got to know they were lying they had my keys and return my keys. I thought to forget this harrsed incident, but no they will torture me for long time, They had given us single battery and charger, committed to give 2nd one after 15 days, I had no trust on them so I requested to write it on bill to arrange in 1 month, but after 1 month they are not responding when they will give my 2nd one charger and battery. I have tried several times to call hero electric helpline no. but they does not pich the call. I don, t want to visit this branch for service. They are very annoying people . Please it's a handfolded request to shift my branch to ballabhgarh Hero electric for services, And get my 2nd battery and charger.I have attached the Bill with this message.
