[Resolved] Hero Honda Motorcycle — defective carburetor | |||
sub-engine part not changed yet Dear Sir I am Rakesh Kr. Yadav. I purchased India largest selling Motor cycle "passion pro" on date 06/05/2009 From first date, I am facing a problem in a curburetor. The problem is when I switch off ignition,after 2-3 min. oil is over flow from curburetor. I told in my service station from firstday. Ther were telling me always that your fuel problem. Still now I am not satisfy his solutioun. I want parmanent solution. Where I am take to fill tank, there many pepole to take fill fuel.They are also Hero Honda custmer.But They don't have any problem regarding fuel.Only one person Rakesh Kr. Yadav are getting such a problem according to my Hero honda service staion Chairperson. I avail all free service, And let me know that what have to do still now. Hero Honda Motorcycle — No spares parts available in my city
Sir/MadamIts a general request you to take a swift step against Hero honda motors because this company is totally unsatisfied with their customers ...They are providing vehicles but when we are going for spare parts to any service station ...there is a one n only reply that is sorry we dont have a spare part...
Sir where we have to go for spares due to this problem we are facing so many problems..we are belonging to lower class family n i am doing job and lots of work on my bike so its effect a lot to me..

sir i have a pleasure bike . we live at bhilwara . i have a camplain for arnav mototrs i went to service my pleasure than there are no parts avalaible in ARNAV motors if the parts are not avilable in company please close arnav moters and hero honda company at arnav moters no body answer my question for avilable parts.if you cant manage arnav moters than close or solve our problem i am proud of hero honda but i am very very very disapointed with arvan moters .there are no one responsible about the services if you have no answer i go to consumer forem.i wanted to talk to your headfrom
