Motorcycle — MILEAGE
Dear SirMy self Raju Ranjan from Faridabad. I bought a new Pulsar 135 bike from TCS BAJAJ on 1st of August 2010 & i am suffering a problem of Mileage. At the time of purchase TCS confirmed that this bike will gives you a Mileage of 60-65 KMPL. But till today i checked Mileage from reserve to reserve only 40 KMPL till now my bike have touched 500KM milestone. Pls advise will it get rectified after 1st service or i have to bear a heavy fuel charges in this country where the fuel prices are very high as well as in this inflation period. Motorcycle — bajaj kristal DTS-1 motorcycle
Sir, the Bajaj Kristal DTS-1 motorecycle (CH_No.-MD2GFGFZZPAC15827, Engine no. GFEBPC15880) was purchased on 27/04/2007 from Kushal Auto Service, Amravati vechicle MH 27 AD 0517, after purchase of vehicle it has given satisfactory performance up to next 7-8 month. There after the auto self start problem occur in the vehicle. The motorcycle was brought to workshop whenever the problem appear of self start. Two times till date we have replaced the battery as suggested by technical personal of the work shop and we pay the amount, the bill of any equipment is not been given to us. Even after the problem of self start not rectified. Recently the vehicle not been start either by self start or by manual kick system. So brought to workshop on 17th Feb 2011 by complaint no. 67009 regarding the problem , the vehicle was kept at workshop up to 2nd May 2011. Explanation given by the technician was it will send to pune service centre. After the regular inquiry and pursuance the vehicle was delivered on 2nd May 2011 with report that the problem is rectified. As soon as we road the vehicle the problem of Self start is found as it means it neither start by manual kick start nor by Auto start button. Again it is given to workshop on same day.Sir from last one year we facing tremendous problem of our motor cycle with self start we have mailed the company about the problem of our motor cycle docket no. CR-34781 & CR-67009. Company given us a feedback promptly, but it is regretted to state that problem of vehicle not solved and we are not happy with the service of dealer.
Bajaj Auto which is esteemed brand and Indian customer mostly trust on the product of Bajaj Auto. But unfortunately we are facing tremendous problem of our motorcycle with self start / kick start and regular checkup of vehicle with authorized dealer also not able to solved the problem.
lastly I hope that you will look into the matter seriously to get solved the problem of my motor cycle.

Motorcycle — cheque return payment already paid
I am already cash paid amount of Rs. 2873/- against cheque return and your cheque return charges. Your cash receipt no.CDL 0965709 dtd. 15.11.2007. my monthly installment was 2373/- Rs. and your cheque return charges 500/- Rs. paid agt.your cash receipt.I am already sending 5 reminder in your Customer executive ,but not response in this matter. Pl. check this matter. kindly do the needful.
