I have purchased Hero Honda Pleasure on 23.7.2010. Since the date of purchase its handle is not balance and it runs right side. I have visited several time to the dealer M/s Kanaha Motos Civil lines, Allahabad. He adviced me to get the vehicle serviced. The vehicle though run 200 km, yet I opted to get it first service. I was also advised to get the mobilie oil changed for better performance on the plea that it is mendatory to replace the oil in first service. I also agreed but despiste service, the problem of handle running right is still persisting. Now I have been advised by the dealer to file a claim as its fork is bend. I don't know how a new bike which has not met any accident, its fork is bend. I Think it is manufacturing defect. I have decided to go to consumer court for its replacement if the part/needful is not done without any charges as I have no fault and the company will have to replace it as this is the problem from the day one on which I have purchased the bike. It may be one of the possiblity that at the time o[censored]nloading at company godown the bike would have slipped or other wise. Also the part is not avaiable with the dealer and I have visited several times for its replacement

I have the same problem. Its been 2 months i gave my vehicle given to Friends Auto valanchery, kerala.
Its been 2 months i am waiting for a new mudgard and front cover
hero honda can not give spare & service in proper time.
pleasure suspension bush is not available for two months.
