[Resolved]  Hero Honda Super Splendor — problems not solved after servicing

Subject: Unsatisfied from the service in Darjeeling Automobiles Service centre.

Sir,
This is to inform you that I, Rana Dey S/o Mr Pabitra Kumar Dey of Bharatnagar., Siliguri, owner of the vehicle bearing Registration No. WB-74/N-4121, which was purchased on[protected]. Since the date of purchase, I have already face lots of problem i.e., self starter problem, servicing problem, full body noise problem etc.

Many times I had visited the workshop for servicing but getting servicing, the vehicle have same problem as before service. My free service has finished and now for better services I already make my Lifetime AMC card for Rs.999/- In other company like Bajaj, TVS, Suzuki and others, the services are safe and quick because I had Bajaj and TVS earlier and I know the fact. It’s not complain, it’s my suggestion to the company as a customer to please give the customer well and quick service. It’s your fault and hampering your business day by day. In Siliguri I think there are no one trained service engineer for old bike. I have to get service my bike once in a month because after getting delivery I have face same problem as before service. I don’t have lots of money to waste per month on my bike’s spare parts. Your service engineer or mechanics in Siliguri Workshop are not well trained. It is not possible to get service a bike per month. My problems that I face after servicing are as follows:

Bike same as it is earlier before service.
Every time I ask for the existing problems but its not solve.
Recently I change the battery from showroom after mechanic’s suggests.
Several times the bike got start problem.
Noise in whole body.
Everytime mechanic asks for change the existing parts to new one for better utility
But day by day after change of spare parts my problems are increasing


That you have rendered deficient service to me resulting which you will have to face the serious consequences.

Therefore, I am fully unsatisfied with your service and the vehicle of the company. After this problem I would not like to advice my colleagues/relatives to purchase the vehicle from the Hero Hona Company.

I have every hope that you will take a prompt action and oblige on the above mentioned complaint.
