Yesterday I am going somewhere in mid way my bike stopped and not starting after so many try when I visit to service centre they check the vehicle and told me that it's battery issue battery is completely dead after asking to them how the battery is going to exchange /replaced they told me the procedure of replacement is 10to15 days so sir I immediate need to change my bike battery within 2to 3days because I have to go somewhere in 5to 6days so sir do something so that this problem may solve in 2to 3 days I need immediate actions

    I have bought new Hero Honda Super Splendor bike In March 2021. My bike Shock Absorber get faulty within 3 months. I have register complaint at showroom. but he said due to lockdown parts transportation are not done.

    Please change my bike's faulty parts as soon as possible. I can't drive bike because of Shoch absorber faulty.

      Buy my new bike super splendor on 2nd Jan 2019 but my experience is worst with this bike.Till today i have used bike upto 4591 km and during this journey i have to take bike 4 times to service centre.
      Its clutch plate, Gear plate, pick up and engine is not good.
      Four times i have to repair it through service centre.
      Me fed up now, is it really a new bike or old one.
      Have discussed the issue with manager and every times he is saying we will repair the same and in future you will not get any problem with this.
      i want that company will change my engine with the new one and also clutch plate and gear plate also.
      Please take some action or i will go to the consumer court.

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchased my bike on 10/1/2012, and at present my bikes meter reading is 2850 KM. And the piston cylindar starts leaking, whatever be the problem is. My bike is under warranty. So, I visited the dealer shop (Hans Automobile, C-82, Indrapuri, Main Delhi-Saharanpur Road, Loni, Ghaziabad, U.P.), the manager of the authorized dealer shop is asking for the labour charge for the said problem. As per the guidelines for warranty why should i pay the labour charge for the fault that arises due to the company's mistake of making that part loose.

        Please look into the matter, and do the needful, such that this doesn't happens to anyone else.
        I'll be highly thankful to you.

            Hero Honda Super Splendor — HAREESMENT FOR DELIVERY BIKE

            Sir,

            I have booked one super splender bike dated 12th Nov,2009 and booking no is 7PH50 in my nearest authorise delear "RUDRA AUTOMOBILE"which is situtated at Burdwan in West Bengal.

            Now, they had assured to delivered the bike in one months. But they have not delivered the bike.
            When I call to show room they given the date for deliverd the bike. Now this date I am present the showroom , they told the bike stock is end. This situation face to me in three to four times and this is very ridiculious to me.
            I am an working person and time is very important to me . But this way they have wasted my time and also the creat financial risk.Because every day I am carrying the hard cash . It is too risky.

            Is this behaviour eligable to an reputed company delar?

            Please loadge my complain against the delar

              I own a hero honda super splendor bike. Two months before I met with an accident.
              Because of that accident the front mudguard,visor, leg guard, fuel tank got damaged.As
              my bike was cashless insured,I went to the M/s SURYA MOTORS Abohar,the Hero Honda
              authorised dealer in our city. Due to non availabilty of some of the spare parts,the leg guard
              and front mud guard were changed and I was asked that when they would have the required
              spare parts in their stock, they will inform me.After a month I received a call from Surya Motors
              that the required spare parts are available .As I was busy that time,I asked them I would come within two days.
              After two days I reached to the workshop of SURYA MOTORS at 4:00pm. The manager of workshop asked me to come tomorrow by giving reason that I was late. The next day i.e.on 30/12/2011 I went again to the
              workshop at 11:00 Am. By completing the formalities I was said to came at 5:00 pm to pick bike.
              As I reached at workshop at about 5:00pm, I was told that it would take one more hour . I asked them that I would wait. After an hour I was told that visor was not avilable and I have to come again.
              This was really astonishing and embarrassing.When I told all that incident to the workshop manager
              Mr Kaushal kocher, his rude behaviour was the shocking one. When I asked that its was my third visit within two months and still I have to come again for spare parts, he replied," Then what, Ap ko das bar bhi ana pad skta hai,hm kya kre." when I asked if its the service of company to his customer who is going to represent itself globally. He replied," Ap hmare customer nai ho Hero Honda ke customer ho, means Hero Motocorp has no responsibilty for any Hero Honda bike !" When I asked him that if all of the spare parts were nt availlable why I was called ? He said ," Aise hi kisi ne call kar di hogi !" After listening to all his astonishing replies, at last I asked for suggesstion/complaints register . He replied rudely ,"we dont keep any such type of register.You looks to be educated.Go to internet cafe and mail your complaint anywhere you wish!'"
              All this experience was really embarrasing one and full harrasement for me .I request you to please look into matter.

                Sir,
                This is to inform you that I, Rana Dey S/o Mr Pabitra Kumar Dey of Bharatnagar., Siliguri, owner of the vehicle bearing Registration No. WB-74/N-4121, which was purchased on[protected]. Since the date of purchase, I have already face lots of problem i.e., self starter problem, servicing problem, full body noise problem etc.

                Many times I had visited the workshop for servicing but getting servicing, the vehicle have same problem as before service. My free service has finished and now for better services I already make my Lifetime AMC card for Rs.999/- In other company like Bajaj, TVS, Suzuki and others, the services are safe and quick because I had Bajaj and TVS earlier and I know the fact. It’s not complain, it’s my suggestion to the company as a customer to please give the customer well and quick service. It’s your fault and hampering your business day by day. In Siliguri I think there are no one trained service engineer for old bike. I have to get service my bike once in a month because after getting delivery I have face same problem as before service. I don’t have lots of money to waste per month on my bike’s spare parts. Your service engineer or mechanics in Siliguri Workshop are not well trained. It is not possible to get service a bike per month. My problems that I face after servicing are as follows:

                Bike same as it is earlier before service.
                Every time I ask for the existing problems but its not solve.
                Recently I change the battery from showroom after mechanic’s suggests.
                Several times the bike got start problem.
                Noise in whole body.
                Everytime mechanic asks for change the existing parts to new one for better utility
                But day by day after change of spare parts my problems are increasing


                That you have rendered deficient service to me resulting which you will have to face the serious consequences.

                Therefore, I am fully unsatisfied with your service and the vehicle of the company. After this problem I would not like to advice my colleagues/relatives to purchase the vehicle from the Hero Hona Company.

                I have every hope that you will take a prompt action and oblige on the above mentioned complaint.

                    after buying my motorcycle which is super splender was seviced in the J.D.motors of kishanganj ( Hero honda showroom) in due period of servicing. at the time of second servicing on 28/12/2010 at 3pm both of my bikes.they didnot washed my bike due to drainage problem and told me to come after two or three days. when i went there for washing of my bike on 15th january2011 and again on 22nd of january2011 the person sitting in the reception did not pay any attention and again excused the same thing for not washing the bike. it compelled me to lodge a complaint against the dealer due to their poor service and behaviour. i have four motorcycle of hero honda in family because its product.my engine chesis no is MBLJA05EGA 9G01913 AND another CHESIS NO IS MBLJA05EE99MO3314. THIS KIND OF ACT SHOULD BE HIGHLY CONDEMNED FOR CUSTOMERS POINT OF VIEW SO THAT A SATISFACTORY SERVICE CAN BE DONE IN FAVOUR OF CONSUMERS.

                    super splendor — Poor servicing

                    Hello,

                    Respected,
                    I have Hero Honda super Spender (Bike), i purchased from shiva shankar motors, nad kotha road, vizag.
                    As I feel servicing center gives good service that getting service done from Hero Honda service center.
                    But I have experienced problem always related to the quality of service.

                    4 months back I complaint to service station for Bike pickup, he said bore has got a problem. He charged for RS 5300 ( Five thousand three hundered rupees ) but again I got same problem in a few days, I went to service station he changed bore rings, but my bike mileage has been gone down, Actually my Bike was giving 70 km/pl, but now I am getting 35 to 40 km only. That is why iam phasing problems, what should I do?

                      I (Pradip Kr. Mazumdar, residing at Promod Nagar P.O - Amrai Durgapur - 713203. Mobile - [protected]) have purchased a Hero Honda Super Splender motorcycle from Dutta Automobiles, authorised dealer of Hero Honda in Durgapur on 13th August 2010. On 15th September 2010, I have done the 2nd free service from there. some how they didn't tight the drain plug and by these the engine oil was leaking frequently. On 24th October 2010 the drain plug get totally opened and the engine oil get drain out. I went to the Dealer and complaint it, they replace the drain plug and engine oil at my cost. After replacing these the engine creates heavy noise. On 28th October 2010 I went to the service centre and complaint about the noise. they told me that the cylinder kit is damaged and will be replaced within a week but till now it hasn't yet replaced. I visited there several times but they are only saying that "come tommorow". I want to ask that my bike is creating heavy noise but if from these another problem occurs then who will be responsible.                       Dutta Automobiles — NOT GOT MY BIKE

                      I HAVE BOOKED A BIKE(SPLENDOR PLUS,SPL EDITION ) ON 8TH OF NOV 2009 WITH RS.1000, BUT THEY HAVE NOT YET DELIVERED THE BIKE, ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE BIKE TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOOKED AFTER ME. AND WHEN I AM GOING TO DUTTA AUTOMOBILE THEY ARE MISBEHAVING WITH ME.
                      Complaint against Dealer of Hero Honda

                      I, Utpal Sen, a customer of DUTTA AUTOMOBILES want to inform you that I bought a new Super Splender Byke as on 9th May, 2012. After 10 days my byke's Self Relay was breake down. I inform it to the Showroom, that is Dutta Automobiles in Benachity(Durgapur). They told me that at resent they have no relay & told me to come next another day. Next day I go & they told me same. In this way they harassed me again & again near about 8 times. I visit the showroom last evening and get same behavior from your executive. Also I make a ph.call to your distributor that is Rudr Autoparts (ASANSOL). They also denie to give me the Self Relay. All of your workers are told me to wait. But how much days, it has no limit. Rudra Autoparts also told me that they supply the Self Relay to the Showroom of Benachity & they denie it to give me.

                      Right now please tell me how can I get my self relay from them?

                      So, Therefore I request to you please do something for me that I can get my Self Relay within 7days. It's my request to you, Please. I'll wait for your answer. please reply.

                        I HAVE PURCHASED HERO HONDA SUPER SPLENDER ON 17.12.2008. IT WAS SHOWING ENGINE PROBLEM WITHIN SIX MONTH OF PURCHASE. THEN I CONTACT ITS SHOW ROOM KUMAR MOTORS AT VADODARA, THEY HAVE GOT REPAIRED IT ON 17.08.2009, AFTER LONG ARGUMENTS THEY FORCED ME TO REPAY Rs. 340.00 FOR THEIR FAULTY BIKE. NOW AFTER COMPLETION OF WARRANTY PERIOD I.E. 12 MONTHS THE BIKE START SHOWING SAME PROBLEM. NOW THEY DENIY TO REPAIR IT, AS WARRENTY PERIOD IS OVER.

                        PLEASE HELP ME.

                          Sir, i purchased Hero Honda Super Splender last month ,
                          Its seat is not comfortable for long driving as i cover almost 130 km / day.
                          I also made 2 foam seat cover even then it is not comfortable .I got a lot of pain in the evening at the back.

                          Earlier in 2001 I had bajaj Caliber for two years ride 1,15,000 kms
                          2003 tvs victor for 1.5 years years 90000 kms
                          2005 bajaj ct 100 for two years 1,00000 kms
                          2007 Bajaj discover 125 cc till aug 2009 1,35,000 kms
                          Now super splender 2009 only 2500 kms
                          i havent face such type of problem in any of the bikes except this one.

                          when i sit the back body is tilt as the design is not comfortable.

                          kindly go for it and do the reqd. modification.

                          i have purchased splendor + in June. i am not getting agood average(< 50). it's 2 services have been done. i ride it with the recommendations gives in it's book. it also give lot of trouble during start even after switching on the choke

                            As a reputed company Hero Honda should check thoroghly the parts before launching the products in the market. People are blindly purchasing the products because of reputed company. I have purchased a super splender and within one year my bike's silencer has lost by red junk. I have suggested my friends (who were interested to purchase Hero Honda) to purchase other company's products. What will be the suggession to public by Hero Honda regarding this poor quality products?.

                              I had given claim settlement of passport but since 8 months, I have one and only first reply from company.
                              After which we submitted all papers to Mahaveer Motors, Sultanpur, U.P. in June 2008 but still after that company has not taken this matter seriously for which i give them reminder also. Either company is making bluffs to consumers and after any accident happen they don't want to take responsibility or completing their claim settlement time. Again I am attaching my original mail to reminder mail. If within fifteen days we don't get positive response for my claim amount I will go to consumer court and give total dails to Local News Papers.

                              Respectfully i beg to say that i Kanti Dwivedi W/o Late Sri. Brahmdev Dwivedi residence of Type 2.264, G.C.C.R.P.F Phaphamau, Allahabad PMT Road, C/o Bodwivedi, Panna Tickri, Post - Bhadhiyan, Sultanpur, U.P. I am writting this letter that my husband was Head Constable of C.R.P.F. posted in 123 B.N. Srinagar and he had came to his house on his leave. On 28th August 2006 he died in road accident in phaphamau market, Allahabad by truck and he died on spot. He was going by his Hero Honda Super Splender and his bike details are mentioned here - (Passport No. 05FAAF06124, Registation No. - 10921, Engine No. 05FAAE06625 Model Owned - Super Splendor (Kick Drum), Date of Issue - 18 Nov-2005 and Date of Expiry - 17 Nov 2008). I had claimed in National Insurance Company Limited and in your hero honda passport scheme also but not yet any steps are taken by your company. I had gone to hero honda allahabad dealers also from where he had purchased his bike (Sharaswati Motor, Allahabad, Amrawati Motor, Pratapgarh) but they had also not taken any action against it. I am in problem so kindly go through my mail and reply me as soon as possible otherwise i have to go to consumer forum for help. i will be highly thankfull to you if you solve my problem.

Ltd., Allahabad road, Sultanpur dispatch my all papers to company on 24/06/08 after five months I have no reply from Company’ please find out the actual problem why it is continues delaying .                               herohonda super splendor — non receipt of passbook

                              I,K.MOHAMED ABUBACKER MALIMAR,purchased ur copany product a super splendor on26/10/2009.onthat day Rs200 was collected for issue of a passbook to claim points for purchase of spares .the valli motors at PONDICHERRY THA DEALER TOLD THAT THE PASSBOOK WOULD REACH ME IN A MONTH OR TWO.BUT TILL DATE NOT ISSUED.MANY COMPLAINTS IN PERSON AT THE DEALER IN VAIN.SO KINDLY DO NEEDFUL.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is to inform you that I am very much interested to buy one Super
                              Splendor DRS, and for that have been running to local Dealers, Pibco
                              and D.R.Brijmohan of Guwahati, Assam since last two months.
                              Surprisingly none of the above Dealers are able to deliver me the same
                              till date.

                              Now I really feel harrasing for running like this wasting my valuable times.

                              Sir, is it the the image of Hero Honda? Bikes are coming to Dealers in
                              regular intervels but I cant understand why they are not able to spare
                              one for me or taking Bookings also. Even I am ready to pay the whole
                              amount of the Bike in advance.

                              Being the senior and responsible management I do hope that you will
                              definately solve this problem and satisfy me as a customer of your

                                Dear Sir I possess a "Hero Honda Super-Splendor", whose "Engine no" is "05GAAE07997" and "Chasis no" is "05GAAF10623".Also its Registration no "OR-02 AG-1057", which was purchased on "[protected]" from "MISHRA Auto" which is a sub-dealer of "JMG-Automobiles Cuttack".Though it covers a Three years of waranty period and my "BIKE" has been done all the Free services and Paid services as per schedule.But it's "Engine" sounds very odd and "oil-tap & oil-meter" is not functioning.First i went to "Baharat's motors, BBSR", and "JMG-Cuttack".But they did not give me satisfactory service which I should have got in a waranty period.
                                SO SIR I REQUEST YOU IF YOU COULD KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS I WOULD BE VERY MUCH THANKFUL TO YOU.

                                Hero Honda Super Splendor — service complaint

                                I was given my bike for servicing. I am having free servicing slip. But they r taking money for charging battery, for bulbs and oil.
                                Please tell me that weather we have to for this. & up to now my rear break is making noise after servicing.
                                REAR SUSPENSION PROBLEM,

                                I WAS COMPLAIN 1ST SERVICING BUT NOT RESPOND SO, I COMPLAINED FOR 2ND TIME TO THE SERVICING CENTER IN THE RESPONCE THE COMPANY STAFF TOLD THAT THEY WILL CONTACT US WHENEVER THE ENGINEER (MR.KULDIP SHARMA ) IN THE ROUTAIN SOUND, HE VISITED ALSO AND UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AFTER THAT THE STAFF TRIED THE TO RETIFIED THE PROBLEM TWICE BUT THEY WILL NOT COME TO THE SATIFACTION POINT OF MY.
