[Resolved]  Hewlett Packard India Sales Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore — Non-replacement of Printer Head Black)

Sub: Request for replacement of Printer & Head - Black, (Product NO.c8194a, Model NO. Office jet Pro 5300.

Ref:Complaint regarding printer referred to Microland Computers, Jabalpur on 28th JULY,2007
AND
Complaint regarding printer-Head referred to Friend Computers, Plot NO.212, Hari Govind Complex, Zo Complaint regarding printer referred to Microland Computers, Jabalpur on 28th JULY,2007 Nagar, Bhopal.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, I have to URENTLY invite your kind attention to the following:
1.I purchased a printer on 04.10.2007 from Singh Computers, 1st Floor, J K Complex, Opp: Petrol Pump, Gorakhpur, Jabalpur (M.P.) .
2.Having used it, it was noticed that there was a defect in the Printer & Head - Black, (Product NO.c8194a, Model NO. Office jet Pro 5300 . I immediately brought such defects to the kind notice of M/s Singh Computers , Jabalpur. They were fully satisfied with the genuineness of my complaint.
3. Later on M/s Singh Computers sent the Printer & Head (Black) to M/s Microland Computers, D-6,Chandrika Vihar Aptt, Home Science College Road, Napier Town, Jabalpur on 06.10.2007 for the correction of the defect.
4. I have been informed from M/s Singh Computer that printer has been received duly rectified but the Head is not received from Friend Computers, Plot NO.212, Hari Govind Complex, Zo Complaint regarding printer referred to Microland Computers, Jabalpur on 28th JULY,2007 Nagar, Bhopal, as M/s Friends Computer say that the Head is not is not in stock.
5. I am sorry to point out that a period of month is going to elapse but the complaint of Head is still inactioned and serious attention is being paid to my genuine complaint. Such attitude is quite shocking.
6. I am to further point out that without the printer-Head, the printer can not function and the work of my office is unnecessarily withheld and suspended.

PRAYER

It is respectfully prayed that the Printer-Head may please be replaced immediately so that I may make use of it for the office-purpose for which I purchased. Otherwise I shall have no use in purchasing the Printer. It is further respectfully submitted that if no proper attention is paid to my bonafide complaint as a Customer, then under the circumstances, I shall be constrained to review the matter legally and holding all the concerned accountable and responsible for all the cost and consequences as may arise theirfrom.

I have purchased one Laptop from HP Partner and they have given me one useless backpack with that laptop. when I asked them to change that back and I will pay the rest of the amount by cash. They asked me not to call again. Even the HP Sales Manager are replying in very rude manner. The HP's Service is the worst ever I have seen.
Home Science college Jabalpur were announce that online admission form will submitted before 24 June 2012, but today(20 june 2012) hearing news that college were filling offline admission form have Last day. college has not announce any news innwes paper or college notice board, most of the student have not submitted his form. college has not declared final year BSC-ca result.
kindly share your purchase proof, we can help you to resolve the issue on high priority basis.

We will not recommend to used pirated software.
