[Resolved] Hidesign — Handbag under warranty not being replaced

I had purchased a bag from Hidesign Boutique in Bangalore in September. They promise a year's warranty. All the stitches came out within four months. They refused to replace the bag saying it is being used which is unfair because the bag is in warranty, I compromised on getting the bag repaired. Its been more than 40 days now and I have not got my bag back.This is a very serious issue because I spent rs.4000/- on it and this is the way a consumer is treated. I have not even heard from them once when can I atleast ge tmy repaired bag back.Big names like Hidesign are not expected to do this.

They should now replace my bag.

They are a rip off and cheat. I purchased one travel bag from Hyderabad internal airport store and the price tag was 245 dollars but my credit card charge was more that 270 dollars (when checked). When contacted for the discrepancy, the person dealing with me sent me an invoice indicating that I purchased three items from the store but cash memo that I received from the store after purchasing clearly showed one item and 245 dollars.
What should I do complaints to BBB (because they have store in USA)?

i nave also the same problem .the 4th time i used the bag the colour has gone and the edges look worn out as if the bags been used roughly.
firstly the bag costs so much that i wouldnt carry it to the market.so all i did was complined in one of the hidesign stores and they said i should
go to another store.
