I had placed an online order for a sling bag in February 2022, when the product arrived, i was not at all happy with the quality. I have been a hidesign customer for the longest time and all the bags i carry are from this brand. Never faced a complaint or quality issue ever.
I was asked to initiate a refund, which i did in February itself, but till date no reply from customer service on this issue. have tried calling on the one and only number provided on the website but that too goes unanswered. Mails are automatic with no indication of what the process is. Now today when i checked out the complaints for refunds not being resolved, i feel Hidesign is not living upto its commitment to quality for the community of shoppers

I bought this bag a month ago, during a recent dinner looks like i spilled water or juice, the stain has not gone for weeks now, very unhappy, it's a new bag and can't carry it off. I have 2 more bags from the same brand but never faced this issue. I need this to be resolved or replaced.

I purchased a laptop bag from Hidesign Portal online on 1st March Order ID- HD49465. The bag was too small for my needs and I initiated a return and refund on 9th March. The bag was collected from on 11th March. Till date hidesign has not initiated the refund. They never answer their phone and multiple mails sent to customer care mail ID, Customercare are ignored conveniently.

My no HD49103, we have to get a refund of the product send on 2 Feb but till date we have not received it after several mails and calls. We are regular customer of Hidesign and don’t expect this. Please take the issue urgently.

I have returned my order to Hidesign more than a month ago, but they have still not provided the refund. I have written multiple emails to them, but there has been no response, and they do not pick up on the customer care number. My order number is - HD47704

I had made a purchase on March 8 and the product is not yet delivered, I tried to reach customer service but there is n response from the customer service, not have I received any refunds.

Product ordered on 27/2/22 and delivered on 6/3/22.but as the product is not upto satisfaction I returned it next day, but haven't got refund till return ID no OF86A11..no response over helpline

I purchased a bag online and made an online payment in the month of January. When for a month i didn't recieve my product i contacted them in the month of February asking about the status to which they replied that my bag is lost in transition and they would be refunding the amount and this is the end of March, i haven't received my refund amount nor they are picking the call given on their website.
I have tried contacting them via customer care mail id provided in the website but in vain..no action has been taken from their side.

I have purchased the bag online in their website and paid the amount upfront. I didn't receive the product on the promised date and hence I canceled the order as the order was not delivered even after 14 days of the promised delivery date. I had cancelled the order and asked the company for refund and it's now more than 45 days I didn't receive my refund amount. Inspite of sending emails and calling their customer care, None is responding. This is fraud company and taking public money and not giving it back.

I have placed an online order for Neptune 03-ANDORO MELB ladies tote on March 6th. I got a message saying that it is shipped. I have not heard anything since. I emailed the customer service twice without any response. Messaged the number provided on the site and got a response that they will look into it. When I call this number on one answers. I am deeply disappointed with your service. It was a gift for a fired and I regret that I chose HIdesign while there are a lot of products out there. Order Number : HD50285

I purchased a black pair of shoes via your website but I have been going back and forth since I returned the product for only 2298 rupees.
It's been a month.
The customer service doesn't even reply nor do they take my calls.

The product which I received was different than mentioned in website and costed 2600 Rs.
Hence I returned the product and even after 15 days there was no refund. I write to their customer care many times and tried calling them to the number provided in website but they did not even replied to email or recivede phone call.
This is worst customer service ever seen and that too from a reputed brand. Even a new company wont do with...

I have purchased this bag of the brand HIDESIGN from Myntra on 4 December 2021 it’s not even 4 months and the product got damaged ( picture bas been attached of the same) this is under 1 year warranty. I request you to kindly exchange my product or give me the refund for the same.

I ordered a leather sling bag from your online store on 11 Jan 2022, but I haven't received it yet. It has already been over 15 days since the order and there is no update on it.
I need the bag to go to my office and this order is now taking too long.

If the item is not available please cancel my order and refund the amount I paid. I would buy it from Amazon or will directly get it from the store.

Dont expect such low quality from a brand that advertizes itself as couture

I was gifted a Hidesign handbag for my silver wedding anniversary by my husband in March, just prior to the lockdown in Chennai.

Given that the handbag was very heavy, we were keen to exchange the handbag at the earliest. However, we could not given my health and the prevailing situation where I was unable to take a risk and personally come too the store to select an alternative.

We went back to the store in July, when the situation was a little better but were told about the time limit for return - something not mentioned in the receipt. Apparently, this should have been communicated by the lady at the store at the time of purchase. The lady at your Ispahani centre was there last customer friendly. We were so taken aback by her reaction that we have left the bag at the store itself.

As customers of Hidesign for some decades now, it was hard to note how the brand has missed the customer friendliness and accommodating the changing needs given the current times. Need an exchange or refund for the INR 8000 spent.

My Hidesign Isle locada bag gifted to me by my brother remained unused until last month due to covid and myself barely going out. When I started using it in month of March 2021, its handle got broke. Such a poor quality is not expected from a reputed company like this. Please look into the matter.

My sister gifted me a handbag recently on my bday on 9th march 2021, its sad that after 2 days o[censored]se, the chain holder of the handbag has turned black. I have never encountered this before.
