Online Purchase of laptop Lag

Hi,
I purchased a laptop bag from Hidesign Portal online on 1st March Order ID- HD49465. The bag was too small for my needs and I initiated a return and refund on 9th March. The bag was collected from on 11th March. Till date hidesign has not initiated the refund. They never answer their phone and multiple mails sent to customer care mail ID, Customercare are ignored conveniently.

Refund not received in 2 months

My no HD49103, we have to get a refund of the product send on 2 Feb but till date we have not received it after several mails and calls. We are regular customer of Hidesign and don’t expect this. Please take the issue urgently....

Refund Not Provided

I have returned my order to Hidesign more than a month ago, but they have still not provided the refund. I have written multiple emails to them, but there has been no response, and they do not pick up on the customer care number. My order number is - HD47704...

Prepaid Product not delivered, customer service is not responding

I had made a purchase on March 8 and the product is not yet delivered, I tried to reach customer service but there is n response from the customer service, not have I received any refunds....

Shoulder bag return order IDHD49295

Product ordered on 27/2/22 and delivered on 6/3/22.but as the product is not upto satisfaction I returned it next day, but haven't got refund till return ID no OF86A11..no response over helpline...

Handbag

I have purchased the bag online in their website and paid the amount upfront. I didn't receive the product on the promised date and hence I canceled the order as the order was not delivered even after 14 days of the promised delivery date. I had cancelled the order and asked the company for refund and it's now more than 45 days I didn't receive my refund amount. Inspite of sending emails and calling their customer care, None is responding....

Online order not delivered or no status update

I have placed an online order for Neptune 03-ANDORO MELB ladies tote on March 6th. I got a message saying that it is shipped. I have not heard anything since. Shoes refund

I purchased a black pair of shoes via your website but I have been going back and forth since I returned the product for only 2298 rupees.
It's been a month.
The customer service doesn't even reply nor do they take my calls.

No refund even after returning product 15 days back

The product which I received was different than mentioned in website and costed 2600 Rs.
Hence I returned the product and even after 15 days there was no refund. I write to their customer care many times and tried calling them to the number provided in website but they did not even replied to email or recivede phone call.
This is worst customer service ever seen and that too from a reputed brand. Even a new company wont do with...

I have purchased this bag of the brand HIDESIGN from Myntra on 4 December 2021 it’s not even 4 months and the product got damaged ( picture bas been attached of the same) this is under 1 year warranty. I request you to kindly exchange my product or give me the refund for the same.

Product not available and taking too long to deliver

1st use lead to breaking of clasp and chain of a newly bought hidesign bag within 1 month of buying

Dont expect such low quality from a brand that advertizes itself as couture...

No exchange for purchased product

I was gifted a Hidesign handbag for my silver wedding anniversary by my husband in March, just prior to the lockdown in Chennai.

Given that the handbag was very heavy, we were keen to exchange the handbag at the earliest. However, we could not given my health and the prevailing situation where I was unable to take a risk and personally come too the store to select an alternative.

Isle locada bag

My Hidesign Isle locada bag gifted to me by my brother remained unused until last month due to covid and myself barely going out. When I started using it in month of March 2021, its handle got broke. Returning and Cancelling a Product

Hi, I have been trying to reach Hidesign enormous times on every cell phone and toll free number that has been provided. However no one picks and responds.
I made a purchase and then wanted to cancel my purchase the next day but to my knowledge their online store does not support cancellation however they redirect you to a common mail box to which i have written more than 4 time but again no response.
