[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever Pureit — help line does not work

Dear Pureit Executives,

This is the worst service i have ever gone through. I had registered a complaint regarding water leakage on 28th of october. Till today it has not been repaired.With out any service i received sms that your complaint has been solved. Everytime i call the customer care they say that it will be solved in 2 working days. Can u please tell me what makes it to delay for this many days.

thanx to the complaints i hv chngd my mind to purchase a pureit water purifier

hi my name is aamir i have purchase battery kit past 5 days back when i fitted that kit in filter i am getting some chemical smell from date of purchase till now what should i do

hindustan lever / pure it — Pureit is not working

We are purchase Pureit water purifier on 14th February,2010. It is not Filtered & Purified. We are call so many times to customer care service. But there is no response at that side. We are faced so many problems due to this.

Ants have invaded the space between the battery box and the outer cover and they are moving about in that space. When I called PureIT helpline on Dec 18th, Sunday morning, Ms.Shailaja told me that they have received many such complaints and they will send a technician to fix it.

The important question is not cleaning the system of the ants, but answering how and why the ants have got in to the system. If the system is properly sealed, ants should not be able to get in and if they have got in, there are organic impurities inside the system which attract them in to the system. The impurities may of course come from the water that is being purified, but how are they subsequently disposed of is the question to be answere.

The company should make a thorough investigation and withdraw the product till such time the cause is not identified and fixed.

I have photographs of the system with ants inside and but for the present am not publishing it here.
