Hindustan Times — Coupon Not Delivered
Hi,I applied for Hindustan Times Paper subscription 4 months before.But still i didn't get my Coupons even i called the customer care People 5 times.They took the checque of dated[protected].
Every time they assuring that they are delivering my coupons but still are not get delivered.
When i give him the warning to put ths case to consumer forum, Still they people saying, do what u want ?

Dear Sir,
i have subscribed for the scheme @195 for 2 years in the end of last year 2007 and i recieve the 1 year coupon in August 2008. Now i need to know when i getting my rest 1 year coupons as the vendor have ask me to give coupon in coming month in new year. please follow it up and do the needful.

Hindustan Times — I have received Coupon only for One Year Coupons
I am a Subscriber of Hindustan Times since last 2 years. Last year (30/04/08) I had registered Hindustan times new paper for 2 years. I have received Coupone only for One Year Coupons Cell No. [protected]HINDUSTAN TIMES COUPON — NOT RECEIVED
Dear sirsigma corrier had not delivered me the corrier sent by hindustan time,only on my mobile executive had called me and given me POD NUMBER-4385684 but no body turned to give my IMPORTANT corrier.

Hindustan Times — Subscription Coupons not delivered
Dear sirI'm working with TCS and Hindustan Times executives had come to our office with special subscription offers for TCSers. As my wife and I both are working we are not present at home during weekdays. Also, for the same reason, I had requested the executives to send the coupons to my office address. They agreed upon this at that time and it has been 3 months since then I haven't yet received my coupons.
It has been around 3 times that I've launched a complaint and everytime I get the same reply that the coupons have returned from Sigma couriers which is the 1st time they had delivered it. Also, the extent to which the service is irresponsible is that when I called up to the customer service the service person whose name is Swati, deliberately disconnected me when I asked about what procedure is to be done to get the money back and discontinue with the subscription.
Also, I've mailed twice to [protected]@hindustantimes.com regarding my problem but they too haven't yet responded to any of these problems. They even't have replied the email sent.
I kindly request you to help me out in this. The mails that I've sent are dated 13th Jan 2010 and 15th Jan 2010. My contact number is +91 [protected].

I agree with what Smithesh has said. I too have a bad experience subscribing for Hindustan Times.
I have made a subscription on Nov 19, 2009 through the same offer. The subscription was done through the executive Rupesh Lad from Thane region (Maharashtra). As per the terms and conditions, the coupons should have been dispatched to me within 21 days of subscription. It has been 3 months now and I haven't got the coupons yet.
I called up the customer care many times in between. Every time I am getting the same irresponsible reply that the coupons were sent through the courier but the courier ppl are either taking time to dispatch it or they returned it. Till date several complaints have been raised with the customer care and every time they promise me to look into the issue and send the coupons within a week time.
I was even shocked to see the number of online complaints against a reputed newspaper in the city. I now have no hopes of getting the coupons. I decided to escalate this issue to the Hindustan Times higher management. I am trying my best to take this matter to them.
From our end we should inform all our fellow colleagues and the HR of our companies about the mental trauma they are causing us and stop them from entering our campus next time.
I will be happy if this reaches the concerned dept and they take this feedback to improve their service.

It would have been nice If I had received the same kind of service right from the beginning.

And every times i got very disappointment with your lazy work of your department. Whenever i called to your service desk team, some lady sandhya venugopal always disappoint me that she will call me soon, but in vain. Its your duty now to check and take final action on it.
Every time i called service desk, i got new and try to hide last complain status.Whenever i speak to executive, i got only one answer, your last coupon has delivered and sighned by other person. But fact is that, till today i didn’t get such response by HT after took follow by me. After commintment also, i didn’t recieve my secondary coupon of hindustan times yet. If this time you will fail to send it with your company executive (not with your pathetic ARAMAX THIRD CLASS COURIER service person). I am waiting your reply till 30 November. I will need rufund by you if you fail to send coupons as you committed me.[protected]
