Hindustan Times - News Paper — Hindustan Times - Coupons Not Received

Hi, I have not received my coupons from Hindustan Times which they suppose to deliver within a weeks time. I tried to contact the customer care & even the customer executive but even they are not responding well to me.

At the time of subscription they we saying you will get the coupons within a week,almost 3 months has passed from the date when amount is debited from my account.

My form number is "611590" but still hindustan times people saying that they don't know the status of the same.

I request if necessary action will be taken on this then I am sure many people who are facing the same problem will get relief from this problem.
