[Resolved]  Hindustan Times Newspaper — Mental & financial Harrassment by not keeping the committment made for subscription of newspaper for two years

Dear Sir,
I had subscribed for two years subscription of Hindustan times newspaper against their scheme. My subscription form no : 270499 dated 30.12.2007 through HT executive Arun Kumar Singh (Ex. code NSX35). I had received the first years subscription coupons after a lot of follow up with HT office after 2-3 months of subscription. When it came to next year for new coupons, I have followed up with HT call center for several times but could not get any proper response other than a new copmplaint number & assurance that my complaint will be handled in next two weeks. Deatils of my complaints are as below :

I was also not allowed to talk to any other senior person of HT telling the reason that call certer executivs are not authorized to discose any senior person's name to consumers. Somehow after a a lot of conversatins, I could get the refernce of two local area managers/officers from the call center thro whom I could talk to Mr. Bhaskar ([protected]) & Mr. Ankush ([protected]). Evne two two officers kept me hanging for a long time & kept me busy in switching the discussion between teses two without any clear committment.
Two weeks before, I was told by then that my coupons in their hands but yet not received by me for some unknown reason.
Pls note the newspaper vendor has already discontinued paper to me since last one month & has reimbursed the cost for earlier papers dropped at myhouse for which I could not give him the HT coupons.

I have spent a lot of money in talking to HT call centers & officers for a long time (probably it would be more than the benefit of this subscription) & also I am disturbed mentally by not getting any response from HT office added by bad words of my newspaper vendor for not giving monthly payment/coupon in time.

I have only hope to get some justice by giving this complaint to you, with the reimbursement for all my mental/financial harassment by HT office.
