Complaint: My complaint is that i have started the hindustan times newspaper. From the date i have started the newspaper i have not received the newspaper regularly. In a week atleast 2-3 days i have not received the newspaper and also when there is important news on that day also i have not received the newspaper.Pls take neccessary action against the vendor or change my vendor who will delivered the newspaper regularly. It is not me but others also others have same problem when i visited his stall to give complaint about the newspaper.
