[Resolved] Hindustan Times — Not receiving papers and coupons

Hindustand Times, So called a media Co. is a Fraud in the market. I subscribed to HT and Mint 599/- Rs combo in March 2013. So paper was expected to be start in 1st-Apr-2013. Till date (20-May-2013), I have neither received paper nor coupons.

My subscription details are :
Name : Deepak Kumar/Shveta Mittal
Reader subscription ID: R0001014

I have sent complaint to "[protected]@hindustantimes.com" with 6 reminders !! and 4 times called to[protected]customer care no). For e-mail there is no response and on phone always the same story "we are working on your complaint!!". I really wonder, If such media co can openly fraud in the public, then what is the credibility of their news and published articles.

If HT have left some sense of decency, at least they shall refund the money.

Hindustan Times — no recieving confirmation call

hi,
mera naam vineet hai meine htcity ke party with bollywood star contest me (08july2008) participate kiya tha uske baad confimation msg aaya tha ki tum ht city rewards booklet jeete ho, aur apna naam, add, 54242 par send kare, meine send kiya aur uske baad aaya ki aapko jaldi hi contact kiya jayega.aur aaj 18july hai abhi tak koi response nahi mila hai, plz help me.

Mint - Hindustan Times — Not receiving subscribed Newspaper

I had made a cheque payment to Mint as yearly subscription but I never received the coupons from them, Instead they told me to collect it from their vendor. But the vendor said that he has not received them. The company acknowledges the payment but refuses to send me newspaper because I dont have their coupons. This is pure cheating. Never subscribe to Mint again.
Inspite of getting in touch with their sales GM for Mumbai they could not resolve this matter as they dont bother about subscribers

The Sales Excutive Said the News paper Will Start In Jan Month But Till Data I am Not Receving News Paper & I Alerdy Complant About This IN hindustan Times But Ther are Not Help Abiut This
