Hi, i am santhanakrishnan, 3 years back i booked a appartment in hm symphony sarjapur road, since i paid my entire amount and, promised posession date is over 1 year back, still there is no idea abt posession and there is no work progress, after repeated calls ans mails to their customer care executives and marketing manager / directors, there is no response, instead of positive response they thritten me that, i[censored] make problem we will not give your flat, u can go for a consumer court, it will take 15 years to settle down the case, , u will be the looser this was the answer from the senior manager . dont believe hm symphony they will cheat u Was this information helpful? | |

I know for a fact these guys thrive on cheating as it makes for huge profits, with investments from illegal sources, they need to provide huge profits. Check their lifestyle at our cost.

We deny the baseless, derogatory and abusive false charges that have been made to the organization and its key persons with the intention to malign and bring disgrace to the organization and its key persons. There is no substantiation to such defamatory remarks and it seems more out of some personal vengence with some vested interests. We have been making efforts to trace the contacts of the person who posted this and it was found that the name is fictitious and the contacts are untraceable. It is thereby understood that all the remarks are false and utterly baseless. Hence we have filed a criminal complaint in the cyber crime to trace this person who has posted this false allegation and is also preparing to file a defamation/damage suit to protect the interests of the organization and its key persons.

Yes Sreejith, You are correct. HM Construction’s commitment to customer service was a level above anyone else I have ever worked with in the past. Their commitment to be the best is working. They strive to be better at everything they do and it shows.
We have been doing construction contract with hm constructions, they are very good company.
When i came across this link, I could not resist typing a reply, hm construction careful planning and creativity they helped us maintain the integrity of our historical apartment. I think, you don't like them, that's why you have written like this. This is my observation after reading your Post. :-)

Beware of HM Constructions, these people have been posting fake reviews of how pleased their employees are. Just check how many years they take claiming delays due to others after they take money from you, before that they claim to be experts. These cheats will harass you, threaten you once your money has been taken with going to court if you complain on shoddy work and delays. See the post about a legal notice being sent to threaten and fake reviews by them. There are hundreds of complaints, check it out, go back to their projects and check without them, many delayed by over 5 Years. These people are funded by the underworld and any day may crash apart from unfair trade and Competition commission fining them huge amounts. Stay away fro mthem and be free of harassment and losses for years.

Every one is telling about builder is bad, cheater, lire some people uses like also but for every one i would like to share my exp with you guys i bought a flat in HM NIMBUS last month there all documents are fine even future plan also is good coming to land i spent around 30000 for legal opinion its everything clear and now project standards are very good and maintainence also doing well all the time it would be not the same things almost everything changed i feel very happy and i refer my friends also to buy a home and i am planing to buy one more apartment in HM World city phase 3...dont worry about the project and value for money

I am suffering very badly in H.M.Symphony, Kasavanahalli, Off Sarjapur Road and do not want my fellow citizen to suffer.This apartment is not worth even a single rupee and if you buy or rent, the ordeal that you will face will snatch away all your peace.
The management doesn't even exist for this huge apartment and result:
A. I stay in 13th floor, twice every week the lift doesn't work and absolutely nobody to complain
B. Atleast 4 days a month, the tap goes dry, because the society and promoters are in loggerheads as to who will pay for the tankers
C. Security - Non existant - any body can come and start knocking your apartment, very dangerous. The laundry guy, twice, ran away with peoples clothes
D. Gym, pool, amenities - no body cares about, is non existant
and finally...
The overall manager is a goon, and if you go and complain about lifts, lights, water, gym, et al ...he will threaten you with dire consequences. Unbelievable.
Be careful guys before investing here, stay away from this H.M group, they are bunch of cheaters.

They delay their projects. They have good floor plans and will offer a lower price and decent construction, but there are huge other issues.
Customer service in HM sucks. They will never keep their promises If the residents request management to fulfill promise, they have recently started harassing them by lodging false police complaints and defamation cases.
1) They have provided club house for past 5 years in HM world city in-spite of collecting money for the club house
2) There is a health hazard in HM world city due to Airtel tower in residential premises. They have installed tower without resident permission and is now a radiation risk for children. If residents object they file false complaints and defamation cases.
3) HM will try to milk you for maintenance, not provide and Account and will not form association or handover maintenance to residents. Pl check HM World city, HM symphony No association formed till now
4) HM has as filed defamation cases against residents who speak truth and ask them to provide services. They try to harass you.
Please visit HM world city and speak to residents to understand the truth.
Please see condition of landscaping in HM world city, Visit the basement to see leaking roofs and broken pipes which damage cars, Water accumulation on walk paths which breeds mosquitoes.

I am an owner in Nimbus Block of HM World City.
Let me state some facts
HM World City/HM Indigo is in a quite location away and has spacious Flats. The prices are low, much lower than guidance values. Builder will promise host of amenities promised along with celebrity features. Please see how many amenities are provided in reality
If You wish to Buy this property please go through these considerations •
•Project has started in 2004 and yet after 12 years 50% of project is not complete till 2016. Amenities like club house, Tennis court, Multiplex will come only when 80% of project is complete. Builder will collect money for club house and other amenities upfront. If you are OK to give money to Builder upfront and wait for 10-15 years for facilities to materialize then please Buy HM Indigo.
•Builder has encroached on a storm water Drain by building STP on it. Considering the recent NGT orders on Storm water drains, if you are OK buy in spite of these violation go ahead and buy. Wishing you all the Best. Please see attached photograph.
•I have bought in Nimbus and I took possession in 2012. Till 2016 so far no OC has been obtained. Builder is not committing to a date nor is he giving reasons for not having an OC. If you are OK to buy an apartment where you will not get OC for some years(one can guess Numbers) please buy.
•Even today Khata transfer is not done. Builder will say he will do it after project completes, which means another 10-15 Years. If you want to buy apartment and live without Khata for next 10-15 Years Please buy
•Electricity bill is still not transferred in my name after 4 years. In fact I asked few folks in phase 1 and for them even after 8 years electricity bill is in name of Global Associates. If you do not care about electricity bill being in you name for 8-10 years, please buy in HM Indigo
•Builder has not given corpus in any of the complexes so far be it HM tambourine / HM Symphony. He has yet to handover corpus for Blocks of Nimbus/Sepia. If you are OK to give corpus to builder and do not care about builder returning back to Association, Please invest you money in HM Indigo
•As builder does not give corpus back one has to start sinking fund collection again to manage capital expenses. Builder does not maintain Fire system or even handover Fire Nozzles back to you. This means you have to incur large capital expenditure.
•Builder will provide celebrity features at an additional cost. If you are OK with celebrity features when some of amenities like club house etc. are not provided in spite of collecting money. Please go ahead and invest your hard earned money

Further we have deputed our CRM team at the site who can meet you and explain in person, if need be. We have periodical meetings with some of the apartment owners and hence we would be more than willing to meet and discuss with you too.
With current jurisdiction being in place, no one has rights to threaten the other individuals, we respect our law of our constitution. Please note we are very keen to clarify here the concerns mentioned but are constrained as some of the matters referred is sub-judice and therefore with due respect to the Law, we would not like to discuss this in the public forum. However, we would like to clarify that the cases so filed and notices that have been sent are for specific payment defaults and not anything else. To the best of our understanding, since you claim that you are a Nimbus customer, we would like to clarify that currently there is no customer in Nimbus block who has made any such gross default thereby leading to such consequence and hence a referral of a hypothetical situation does not arise.

For example people do not know who the directors of HM Constructions are, who take sudden decisions to cheat people.
They are Mallus who cannot go to sleep if they don’t cheat someone and then indulge in big talk, their names are: Hanif and Mehboob
These guys current office is in HM Geneva house at Cunningham road. Around 10 yrs earlier they were in Double road, Shantinagar, Blore.
When they shifted offices they strangely also closed down their bank accounts and shifted. This is as they were making huge donations to Paki Terrorist organizations and hence preferred to close this and are smarter now. Which is why when one employee stole about 20-25 lakhs from them and became a builder, they Did Nothing to recover.
So please understand they are not as tough as people think when harassed in return, its all in your minds.
And these are the people whom all of you, who are cheated are afraid of, you can't even meet up together, meet an activist and a good lawyer if you don’t have the time.
Don’t teach them a lesson with multiple criminal cases to harass them etc, and they continue to cheat customers like most builders, and you keep crying.
These people are having links to corrupt officials and rowdies, it does not make then God that you can’t teach them a lesson. Join up or keep crying and share feedback and the cheats have a field day, cant you see most builders are cheats.
