[Resolved]  Home Shop18 — denied consumer right

Sir,
I purchased a karbonn mobile from homeshop18 on dated 12/1/2011 and invoice number being RL-01801...
Suddenly lost sound for incoming/outgoing calls and camara was not working..as this happened with warrantee or gaurantee period...so i logged several complaint with homeshop18.
Details of complaint--
1-----on dated -13/12/2011,complaint number being[protected].and it was returned to me as it is without any resolution..on dated-20/1/2012..
2----on dated-20/1/2012,with new complaint being 69471459 i returned the same mobile to them..when i ask them about new complaint number they replied that it was fix as per their record,so we need
to looged new complaint....Again mobiled was returned to in a same condition on 3/4/12...so again i call them up and find out the reason of sending it back in a same condition....they said soory for this as parts
of mobile was not available in time that is why it took some time but if still your issue not fix,please send it back.....again with new complaint number....
3----on dated-4/4/12, with complaint number being[protected]....mobile was send back to them in a address they send me through sms on my mobile.......
Now,home shop18,people are saying we didnt received you packet yet..Here i would like to mentioned that when ever i send back mobile to them it was TNT Domestic courier and homeshop18 pays them for picking up the packet from given address and delivered to them...i have all 3 receipt of tnt courier.
I call up TNT courier and enquired about the packet send to home shop18 on dated4/4/12....they informed that it been delivered to given address at 5pm on dated-6/4/12,,,,
I spoke to several people in customer service during this period and everytime they give some kind of assurance that we will resolve this issue within another 7day,10day or15 days. I have all records that when and to whome i spoke in customer service of homeshop18...If you want i can provide all date/time and name, so that you can check recordings.....Some time people are rude and they also disconnect the line after seeing record of my complaints...
So iwould like to request you to please look in this case as its my hard eatrning money is involved...
