[Resolved] Home Town Furniture — Non delivery of furniture, no response on query | |||
I had purchased a book shelf on 20th march from home town noida. They took upfront payment and had guaranteed delivery by 4th april. Now its already 12th and all i have been getting is postponement of dates. Their customer care executives and store managers do not attend calls. When they do they have no answer to the query and say will call back in 15 mins which never comes. This is the poorest service I have ever seen. In addition no one is ready to talk about refund of my payment. They have opened up a shop called harassement town! Future group is actually stone age group in terms of service and customer relations. Was this information helpful? | |||
