Non delivery of furniture, no response on query

I had purchased a book shelf on 20th march from home town noida. They took upfront payment and had guaranteed delivery by 4th april.
Now its already 12th and all i have been getting is postponement of dates. Their customer care executives and store managers do not attend calls. When they do they have no answer to the query and say will call back in 15 mins which never comes.
This is the poorest service I have ever seen....

After taking the money and confirming that the product will be delivered, HOME TOWN cheats the customer by delaying the delivery.. telling all kind of lies. I think the only source of income for the HOME Town is from the interest earned through delayed supply and supplying inferior item... Claiming to be bringing happiness, HOME TOWN brings only frustration and anguish in a family... Recommend none who reads shall visit Home town...

We have purchased a Bed Set from HomeTown, Vikroli(Mumbai). The set includes following items
1. Queen Bed Set
2. Side Lamp tables(2)
3. Wardrobe
We purchased the Bed Set on 26/09/2010 (full payment made on purchase) and the Delivery date at mentioned on the receipt is 3/10/2010.
However, the Bed is yet to be delivered, Wardrobe was delivered on time, but it’s faulty,...
