Home Town — product not delivered, pathetic service | |||
I had ordered a chair from Home Town outlet in Thakur Mall, Mira Road. While taking payment they took 100% payment but it has been two weeks that they have not been able to deliver one single chair. Whenever I call them they give some stupid reason and keep saying that it will take 3-4 more days. I got a call yesterday from them saying that it will be delivered today by 2 pm. And there is still no sign of the same. When I called the outlet the guy on the phone had no clue whatsoever. Later I received a call saying that the 'senior' person there says it will take 3-4 days more. Are we mad? Or supposed to waste all our time everyday just following up with these ?
