my order no. was[protected].i ordered for a glen 4 cooktop burner ON 26.2.2011.i got a different product what was shown on their website.I GOT FALSE ASSURANCES EACH TIME FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT IT NEVER OCCURED.
i[censored] r lucky then u might get a good product or else HOMESHOP18 IS A STUPID PLACE TO BUY PRODUCTS.
THE PRODUCTS YOU BUY FROM THEM NEVER HAS ANY WARRANTY,IF ANY THEN ITS ONLY ON PEN AND PAPERS.
BE AWARE AND STOP SHOPPING FROM HOMESHOP18.

26th December I order 1 spice mobile on homeshop18.
31st December they deliver me this product. But it is defective. ..1st January I go to service center. They told me this product is defective so call home shop 18. 3rd January I submitted DOA certificate & token no ...but... ..still ..they are not responding me.

Home Shop 18 — defective products

i bought a reebok combo from hs18 which included a pair f shoes,a watch,sunglasses n a duffel bag after receiving d order i found dat d watch was defective n other items were also of substandard quality.
aftr spending a lot f time n money 2 courier it bck 2 dem dey returned 2 me another watch free frm d earlier defect but with a new defect.
I RECOMMEND U NEVER 2 SHOP ANYTHING FRON HOME SHOP 18
my order No. is[protected] for a set of five neckless & ear rings. In that set Home Shop has provided one set deffective ( ear Ring ). I could not get Customer Care e-mail Id.

3 jewellery sets have been sent for replacement out of 6 because they were broken. but yet not recieved back till date after a lapse of 8 months. please send it as soon as possible.

Dear frnds,

i have purchase a phone frm homeshop18.com my order no is[protected].trust me guys the mobile phone is third class, it dont hve any class airfone. we cant do a sms frm tht mobile phone. then wats is the use of having mobile phone if the basic thing is nt there !! i hve given the complain within 15 days. i hve given the phone back to them two times. second time they told tht they hve nt recived my phone after a week, but the courier company TNT told me tht it was deliver the next day itself & receiver is Mr pankaj. trust me frnds Consumer care is also very faltu they dnt care of any1.


do u knw y homeshop is givin in a such a cheap price

1) watever money they get its they profit.
2) customer also need to call @ call centre (call charges)
3) packing charges
4) go to the customer care centre (traveling charges)
5) time get wasted
6) u also need substitute product
there r so many charges.

homeshop18 is just makin us big FOOL !!
Respected Sir,

I purchased a Jewellery set from Home Shop 18 (invoice no.10147 & Supplier reference[protected], which came through courier and was defective.I spoke to the Home Shop 18 Customer Care and explained the problem to them, but they did not solve my problem & suggested me a very cumbersome procedure which involves to send back the product to Hyderabad from where it will be replaced.
So, I request you to take strict action against them and kindly help me to get my product replaced.

I have purchased a digital camera of samsung along with which you were giving a free watch. I have received a different watch from what you were showing on television and also camera does not have a specification shown on television. I have called customer care thrice but have received no response at all. I was planning to buy a lot of stuff from you but now I have decided not to buy anything and stop others also from buying. Its a cheating first of all and pathetic customer service.I am extremely upset as I feel I have done a blunder ordering something on television.

Jewellery set — Didn't receive the product

Please i request all o[censored] not to order any product through ava ... I have ordered one jewellery set in June and i din't get product till now.. every time i call them they say it is in production and will be delivered by next 10 days.. Funny thing is that.. whenever i call them they say same response. I assume they record one message and they will say same thing every time. I asked them to cancel the order, and they say it is not possible once order is sent to production.. So guys be aware of this and spread this cheating of ava to all over the world by any means of communication u have.. it is the best way to stop ava cheating..

I bought a cell phone Model#57-AA 800-AR for Rs4,000/=. in Nov.2009. When I received, I found it to be faulty, as it didn't charge, moreover it was not a branded product. I contacted Home Shop 18 and they instructed me to return the product to sender, who was in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. They refused to give me refund as my complaint had exceeded 15 days, which I did not know of their policy. I received the replacement but with a same fault. I complaint again. Their advise was same, to send it back for replacement. I returned & received the product 4 times, as it was a used phone, It had scratches on it, there was no Owner's Manuel & the Packing box was worn out, dirty 5th time I called the Home Shop t told them that I am sending the cell phone to them instead of to supplier. They agreed, after about 15 days they said nothing is wrong with the product. Now it's almost a month since I heard from them. Somebody did call me from a courier company, asking for my address, as they said the delivery man couldn't find my house It has passed 15 days.
Can you please help me to recover the money, as I feel them to be unreliable. If this cell phone get conked off after a couple of month, who am I going to turn to, which is my latest worry.

I had purchased the Spice QT 55( Order no.[protected] mobile from Homeshop18, since I recived it on 17 Feb 2011, it was not working I had taken it to spice care they temporarily started it and when I took back the product home and tried to charge it.same problem arised neither it was starting nor charging. I have complained again about the product and they said we are sending you new battery. I am felling so frustated that why I had purchased mobile online. I have promised myself I will never purchase mobile/electronics online and will never shop from Homeshop18 and will advise everyone not to purchase anything from them.

Today I have recieved a call from Homeshop18 from response team. I am advised to wait tentatively monday and confirm by tuesday that I will recieve the new battery for mobile.
This commitment was made by Rashi Kaushik from response team. I am hoping that as HS18 team is fast in delievering the product they will also resolve my problem fast.

I purchased a water filter carttage FC 620 USHA wide order no.[protected] dated 23 March, 2011. Other reference No. TV18, 33105423. The delivery was made vide Invice No. 2107.
When i opened the pach for use i find the cartage brocken. The same can not be used.
It is the case of supply of defective material hence a replacement is sought immediatly.
Please look into it and do the needfull.
The delivery may be made on my shiping address at an early date.

With reference to order no.[protected] dated 30.10.2010 for product code K-446 (Karbonn Mobile), which I got this set ( vide Blue Dart consignment no. [protected]) in defected condition. I also wish to intimate you that charger of the same was not proper as per this mobile hand set.
this set is under warranty period. I hereby request you to please change this set or advise me to avail the maintenance/repairing this set.

Vide order no.[protected] i placed order Micromax Q80 Mobile Phone for Rs.4759.00 and got delivery also.During using earphone suddenly its RHS speaker stopped working.Now please arrange to look into the matter and give necessary guidance in this respect to get it rectified.your positive response will be highly appreciated.
In response of the above complaint i got a call from your center ph. no.[protected] and informed by your representative that they[HS18} are not manufacturing the aforesaid ordered mat.so we are not responsible and you go to service center at your own to resolve the matter.In this matter it is my submission that the item has been purchased thru.you by paying directly to you and as per warranty the time mentioned as 6 months for accessories so pl.arrange to resolve the issue.
