[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — defective product

my order no. was[protected].i ordered for a glen 4 cooktop burner ON 26.2.2011.i got a different product what was shown on their website.I GOT FALSE ASSURANCES EACH TIME FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT IT NEVER OCCURED.
i[censored] r lucky then u might get a good product or else HOMESHOP18 IS A STUPID PLACE TO BUY PRODUCTS.
THE PRODUCTS YOU BUY FROM THEM NEVER HAS ANY WARRANTY,IF ANY THEN ITS ONLY ON PEN AND PAPERS.
BE AWARE AND STOP SHOPPING FROM HOMESHOP18.

i want to know where is the near dealer of homeshop18 in jharsuguda.and can you take home delivery of items.

I Ordered the product (LG Optimus 2X P990) mobile phone ORDER NO.[protected]/ SUB ORDER NO 38816783 and was surprised to note that the phone is refurbished/Defective and my doubt was made clear when i attached the phone to the USB cable to check for update and it said the Mobile phone is not Supported i,e its not recognized on the LG Mobile Update option. After starting the phone it hung at least couple of times and when we access the Android market it keeps on disconnecting and hanging,my friends have ordered the same phone from Flipkart infact 2 of them and they have no issues, i ordered since you were cheaper than FLIPkart only to get a shock of my life. Let me know what best can be done to get my money back as this phone is a waste for me.I have used LG Optimus black before and that phone never gave me any issues and i bought it from a shop not an Online Portal, though friends warned to buy anything from Homeshop18 as most the goods they sell are always defective i still went ahead only to get a shock , the worst part is the whole team of Homeshop 18 Customer care to the verification team are very very unprofessional and rude such a disgrace and wonfder how they claim that they are NO 1 shopping portal TOTALLY RUBBISH.

You are right. I think Homeshop18 often sold the used items as Brand New that's why they are a bit cheaper. If you return, you'll get a problem like lost or getting the same item. So, STOP SHOPPING ON HOMESHOP18.

4190/-. After one week HS18 have informed that the product has been despatched by safexpress courier. On 26th Oct.2012 I received a parcel (Vide way bill No.[protected]from kurnool branch of A.P. which was totally damaged and I rejected to accept the parcel and recorded the same on way bill in the presence of Safexpress personnel, and asked them to take back. From then onwards I have been complaining the matter to both HS18 and safexpress people. But till todate there is no response from them . This is how both HS18 and safexpress are deceiving without taking responsibility. HS18 is hihgly careless because they collected money beforehand. The safexpress and HS18 have to respond immediately

this sort of product delivary and then not accepting the return is not accepted and is non-ethical.

My name is Sunita Kotian,

I had ordered American Peral Diamond Mangalsutra by Zaveri, my product no.[protected].

First when I recd. the product and opened it I found that they had delivered the wrong product, the
mangalsutra which they had send was not the one which I had ordered.

Secondly after so many complaints and after resendint the parcel with our charges, they replaced me
the products but to my surprise it was a total defective product.

On 26th November I filed my complaint to REFUND, BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NO SINGLE CALL FROM
HOME SHOP 18.

AND FURTHER I WANT TO ADD THAT THE PRODUCT THEY SHOW ON TV / INTERNET, AND THE PRODUCT
WHICH THEY SEND IS NOT UP TO THE MARK OR WORTH THE PRICE WHICH WE PAY FOR THE PRODUCT.
On seeing an Add on TV, I have ordered for an HCL Dual SIM Dual Core 3G Calling Tablet Price Rs6999/- . Order No:[protected] DT:[protected] and received the same on[protected] at around 3 PM.But on switching on the Tab the screen appears blank, no icons or nothing is showing on the screen from day one, even after charging the tab for 8 to 10 hours the problem remains the same. I have made several complaint calls over phone and e-mails within 24 hours of receiving the product but my problem is still not solved as yet. The Customer Care Executives calls me every day and promises to solve the problem within 48 hours but failed to do so even after 5 days. I have tolerated & waited long enough.

What do I do in this case.How Do I get a replacement of a non defective Tab or Money refund. Hope you will solve my problem and oblige.

26th December I order 1 spice mobile on homeshop18.
31st December they deliver me this product. But it is defective. ..1st January I go to service center. They told me this product is defective so call home shop 18. 3rd January I submitted DOA certificate & token no ...but... ..still ..they are not responding me.
I had purchased Panasonic Cooker from HomeShop18 on 8-Dec-2014. I started using it reading manual instructions. It burnt our food. The plastic spatula melted in 30 sec of stirring the curry. I emailed them asking their live TV link for the product to get some idea on the usage. Weeks passed and no response. By that time we have raised many complaints to return the product for refund. After a month I got call from them in response to first email saying they will email the product usage information. We clearly said we do not want instructions anymore. We would like to return the product as we are not satisfied. Again no response. No emails. No calls. Its almost 2 months now.

Homeshop18 promises easy return policy if not satisfied with the product and complaint raised within 48 hours. We raised the complain within 48 hours to return the product for refund. I don't know what else to do.

This is bhvanesh sharma I had ordered a tab frm this online shopping homeshop18 site when I opened it d 1st issue was tht screen guard has come out n d 2nd issue was tht i wanted a calling tab but d 2nd issue was not d pbm the 1st Issue is a pbm . I ordered it on 27th April .Whn I called thm thy said I wil get a call within 2 days or so but I dint get so I called again n today on may 18 I got a call saying I have to use it as I got n he was very rude I said u peopl while selling say tht we can return d products If we don't like n no answer will be asked but it is not true thy asked u thy covin to keep d product I don't know wht to do I think I shd go to consumer court for cheating I am a regular costumer of them then also this is happning wid me.plz do ask them questions before buying any thing for this company as I thing I very Important n d people who call you r very rude

on 21.05.2015. homeshop 18 adviced me to go to nearest service centre with invoice. service centre did not accept the request telling IMEI no. in the invoice with handset not matching same has been informed to homeshop 18 customer care but stillt they are forwarding the same invoice repeatedly. As a result i am suffering between customer care and service centre. Every time customercare of homeshop 18 giving 48 hrs time but forwading the same invoice continuously . now what i should do ? so requesting you to settle my problem soon. THANK YOU WITH REGARD
