I had ordered the Mini Chef Electric Tandoor on 01/05/2009 and received it on 04/05/2009. When I used it I found that its features were not as good as shown on TV and also it did not satisfy my requirements and so as per the Special features - 15 days No question Asked Money back guarantee, I returned the product on 16/05/2009 through courier. Although the 15 days period was not over HomeShop 18 sent me the product stating that you have used the product excessively. I had used it just twice but did not find it ok, so returned it. As per the rules mentioned in the pamphlet, HomeShop18 is bound to refund my money but I feel they are here just to cheat the customers and nothing else. Please beware of such fraud companies and do not go by their pamphlets, it is just a scheme to lure customers and nothing else. Was this information helpful? | |

sir with due respect iwould like to say that i had ordered for a mobile phone on 6/07/2009 and recived it on 17/07/09.when i used it i found the picture quality and the fetures were not up to the mark as good shown on TV AN it is not satisfied my requirements and so as per the 15 days money back guarante i caled ccare but they refused my complaint by saying that u have inserted the sim card. sir i ask u without using phone how u come to know the quality of vidieo or pic. even i dont recived any waranty card.so as per the rules HS 18 is bound to refund my money.

When I used it I found that its features were not as good as shown on TV and also it did not satisfy my requirements and so as per the Special features - 15 days No question Asked Money back guarantee, i have already booked complaint against that and my complaint no is 2627019 and they give me vendor no of intex. if this is right thing . if i need to talk with vendor then why purchase from homeshop 18.and i also given email to Sourabh.[protected]@homeshop18.com on 23-12-09 but there is no response from them.i allready tell them that u can exchange my this product with my new order Mitashi 5.1 Channel DVD Player with HDMI Model No: DHD 911 and i will pay the difference amount to u . i m waiting for u reply

Dear Sir with Due respect I would like to say that I have ordered a Rebok combo includes 2 polo t-shirts, 1 watch, sun glasses, and a pair of rebok shoes...as Rebok covers a warrenty against its products..and I recieved a blank warrenty card without any date of purchase and authorised signature mentioned in it . then how can I avail the warrenty without all of these??
And as I read all the comment posted against various HS18 products...I am damn sure that my query will not be resolved..

respectfuly i bag to say that, I had ordered the SIP energy saver on 15/07/2008 and received it on 25/07/2008. When I used it I found that its features were not as good as shown on TV and also it did not satisfy my requirements and so as per the Special features - 15 days No question Asked Money back guarantee, I m calling to HS18 customer care 5 to 6 times and given my complaint no.is 1587470 by HS18.But No response by HS18 customer care and technical staff.
As per the rules mentioned in the pamphlet and 3 years warranty, HomeShop18 is bound to refund my money or replace my product, but I feel they are here just to cheat the customers and nothing else.
