[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Poor quality of products

Dear All,

We have ordered a “Wespro S Mega pixel Digital Camcorder” model no.- DV502 on 14th September 2009 to home shop 18 on telephone no- [protected].. order no[protected]copy of order receipt attached here). They have delivered it by blue dart courier. We received the courier on 17th September 2009 at 3 pm. We made payment for this product by cash to the said courier company. We opened the courier and check the features of this camcorder we found the quality of the camera was not good the pictures appeared in the screen of this camera was really poor soon we complained home shop 18 on above toll free no-[protected]. They have replied that they would change the product in a week...but still they have not provided us the replacement. we have called 5 times on home shop 18's phone no. for at least half an hour every time. Still there is no response .At last they peoples says that return it back so that they can change the product (copy of blue dart receipt attached here).And I am still waiting for there reply.

I am fully agree with you Mr. Pritam Singh. I bought a kids laptop worthy Rs. 999. I got it within 5 days of ordering but when I open the packet then I realized that they made me fool. It is just a toy nothing else. Its features are not satisfying. It has a feature in which it teaches alphabates but when I use it I fount that this toy pronounciate z(jed) as g (jee) i.e. disgusting. Beyond this its voice is also annoying. After using this useless toy I realized that buying this product was my big mistake and this shopping gave me a very first bad experience of online shopping or tv shopping. Hoping this will not happen with you...
Last 15 days we have ordered for utilte items which as deliveded after 1 week, but items has got problem with led which ther proveded HOME SHOP people should responed replace the same

Home Shop 18 — Poor Quality

15 DEC 2010; I had order a 6 set piecs NON Stick FRY pan , from HOME SHOP 18; every dis appointed by the poor quality of the Crstal - Home shop product , with in a single days all the colur comes out / fade out and ...its thin lower then 1 mm and extremly poor qualtiy ... and they are not able to solve the issue too . thanks to HomeShop-18, for refunding my amount 1999/- by cheque. they had gain a trust on homeshop, so now i am not afaird to do a consumer transation with the same co. .thx & regrds
