[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Refund for the returned goods

Reason for return: Quality o[censored]tencils very poor .
I had purchased the above mentioned and as per the return policy & procedure of the company, duly returned the item to the courier company (TNT) as ppointed by Homeshop18. The courier boy came to our house and on seeing the big box that he would come in the evening and take the box in his auto (tempo). In the evening the boy came and picked up the consignment. As my old mother was there in the house who is not that well conversant with the courier procedures, she did not ask for the airway bill no. nor did the courier boy handed over the airwaybill no.
When after few days i did not see the credit in my account I took up the matter with Homeshop18 customer service number. Since then several times I have spoken to them, written mail to them but nothing is happening.
The co. is insisting on the airway bill no. which was never given to us (my mother). I even gave them the control number which was given to me by them to establish contact with the courier co. so that they can come to my house for picking up the consignment.
Several times I told them that I do not have the airway bill number but they are insisting for the same. I requested them to check with the courier company if any consignment was picked up from my address or if such article was delivered to the vendor who had sent that article to me but Homeshop18 is not doing anything. Assuming airway bill no. was given to me but suppose it has been lost; is there no way to trace the consignment .
Homeshop18 is harrasing me and not doing the right things. At one instance the customer service executive needed a weeks time, I gave them more that 15 days but not my patience has run out.
I need my hard earned money back.
Homeshop18 should check the records of the curier company and the vendor i.e.Shree Shakti Enterprises.
If in 7 days I dod not get a positive response from the company I shall be going to the 'consumer court'.

I don't think that it is the fault of the courier company because the mobile I've purchase came defective. So I've sent it back as they told me by DTDC courier service, Consignment No. was also given to them. When tracked, it was delivered and received by SEAL but the HS18 said that they didn't receive it. That's the end of the story. Never return what you purchased from HS18 else you'll lose it all.
