      I HAVE RECENTLY ORDERED A KITCHEN APPLIANCE FROM HOMESHOP 18. PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED TO A DISTRICT COURIER SERVICE 70KM AWAY FROM MY NATIVE PLACE. AFTER REPORTING THIS TO CUSTOMER CARE, ERRATIC RESPONSE WAS GIVEN AND I WAS HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR IT CLAIMING IT WAS MY DUTY TO VERIFY WHEATHER SAID COMPANY PROVIDES SERVICE TO MY ADDRESS. RUDELY I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE COMPANY. NO ASSURITY ABOUT REFUND OF MONEY. MY OPINION IS IT WAS DUTY OF COMPANY TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS AND DECIDE TO SHIP THE PRODUCT.         the original product, but later how i see its cheated mw by get selling the dublicate product which is made of china in the name of original brand, reebok shoes, so i request you to ask company to return my money with in 2 to 3 day s also request you to take a strict legal action against the company s obilige.

          I had booked spice QT 60 dual sim mobile phone on 25/03/2012, the product code 220327. The same has been delivered by Blue Dart Courier vide Invoice no.SAR/032012/131898 dated 26/03/2012 on 28/03/2012. But both the sim not supported i.e. one sim neither shown network not call allowed/received from same service provider. As per product features, it was not shown nor advised at the booking time. However, booked the complaint over phone[protected] & its complaint no. 70867899 on 28/03/2012. I was astonished to receive advices over the phone complaint calls that after opening the courier packing, neither phone will be replaced nor able to refund due to mishandling. This is pure case of befooling & insulting to customers. I am Law graduate but he try to teach that you can not able to use such a low cost phone of just Rs.1999/-. The matter is very serious and have a grave concern for me. Please arrange to refund the mobile cost money alongwith the cost of prestige damage which around be treated double of the cost of money so paid against the purchase, failing which, the matter will be taken up appropriately. It appears that Home Shop 18 only making fool to customers. Waiting for early response.

            I ordered the product (godrej refrigerator) on 10th March2012 (order no.[protected] the payment was done on the same day through credit card for the amount Rs.8548 after deducting Rs.200 as a gift coupon(gift coupon which i have got for my earlier purchase). They promised me that product will be delivered within 8days. after 8th day I started calling every day till date but the response was that it will be delivered within 48hrs. after15days i got a call from them stating that the stock is not available, we cannot deliver the product and the amount will be refunded to your credit card as soon as possible.               Hi,

              My name is Rohit Mehta, i ordered a Sony Experia Arc S phone model from Homeshop18 on 09 Mar 2012 online on their website and paid 27999 for the same by my HDFC Bank credit card. Now on 14 march 2012 when I received my parcel i got shocked when i opened it. I found no handset there in the box. It hurted me like anything because it was my hard earned money which i paid to these scammers.

              Now they are asking me to wait for another 48 hours for the same. i would request them to go ahead and process the refund for the same. or deliver the handset by today only because i already waited for 6 days for the same

              I have also lodged a complaint in their 24*7 customer care and the complaint #70565463

              This was really a very bad experience

                However, the order delivered only one set but the printed details mentioned on the parcel showed Quantity '2' but there was only '1' quantity in the parcel. Also, the design and quality of the product and the company's name was totally different from what was shown online when we placed the order.

                Home Shop 18 — Order 2 quantity but receive only 1 from home shop 18

                I ordered 2 nos of quantity Shamrock Yoga Mat 6 Mm - With Cover (order no[protected] on 25th May 2012 but I received only 1 quantity on 28th May 2012. on same day i.e. on 28th May 2012 I open a ticket with home shop 18 with ticket number 72087261. since then I regularly follow up with customer care but I dont get any update or I will receive the product or not they are not confirming. Every time I call customer care I get the response that you have to wait for next 48 hrs. Its more than 15 days but no response from home shop 18. kindly help

NOW SOME FRIEND OF MINE TOLD ME THAT THE ACTUAL PRICE OF THIS MOBILE SET IS ONLY RS. 1600 (RUPEES ONE THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED ONLY) , I WAS VERY MUCH SURPRISED BECAUSE I HAD PURCHASED MANY PRODUCTS FROM HOME SHOP18. WHEN I DID ENQUIRY FROM LOCAL VIDEOCON DEALER, HE AGREED AND ALSO TOLD THAT THIS PRICE IS SOME SIX MONTH OLD PRICE, NOW IT COULD ME LESSER. IT IS LIKE A SHOCK FOR ME.                     I ordered sandisk sd card. Micro sd card has been delivered to me. Regarding returning product, misleading info given by their person. Even after 1 monh of submitting the product and proof of delivery, they have not communicated me regarding refund. 6 times i called them but always they said i m forwarding ur complaint to concerned dept.
                    So dont rely on their commitments.

                    Homeshop18 — Delay in refund

                    I have done a online shopping from HOMESHOP18 using my credit card over phone (Ph No:[protected]. The order no[protected] on[protected]. On[protected] I had cancelled the same. I was given a cancellation no 2733923 dated[protected] and was also promised that within 96 hours my money will get credited to my account.

                    Please guide me under what guidelines of RBI online/telephonic transactions and their refunds are regulated. Is there any time limit for the merchant for refund?

                    I placed the order for webcam online with homeshop18 on 19 march 2011 after week a got the delevery when i connect the webcam to my pc it give bad quality and doesnt show the picture corrclty it was completely blurry i called and complaint about the product suggested me to send the product back for replacement after a week a got the message the replacement is in process and please expect replacement in 5 -7 working which i agreed and again after 2 days i got the message that the replacement is cancelled and refund will be send in form on cheaque within 5 -7 working today still i am waiting for refund.
                    Home shop 18 is cheater and sell worst quality china product it is my own experience becoz i made my purchase from homeshop 18 from last couple of years..

                          I ordered a Drilling machine from HOMESHOP18. They have shown 14 drill bits on the GOODS picture and sent only one drill Bit. While I ask for the clarification, they told me that the description below the product shows only oNE MASONRY DRILL BIT, the picture of the product is just an illustration and it is only for convincing the customers online.


                          HOMESHOP18 has in this way cheated me. Please beware.

                            I have purchased, A DOMO N8, Tablet from Homeshop18, Online mode. and I have received the product defective.
                            Its half display not working. And I have returned back the device,as the said. But its been a month now,still now They
                            hasn't made replacement for the device.When calling they are saying they don't know the status,and give them more time. It's very bad service from them.
                            I think they won't replace. If they ever replace it, they'll send you the same one. Or they'll say that they didn't receive the item that you've sent back for replacement. That's the way HS18 always do.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am writing to highlight the fraud done by Homeshop18. I had bought AA battery charger & 4 AA battery combo from Homeshop18.under order number[protected] on Jan 27, 2012. They initially delivered a broken charger. When I contacted them, they said to send back for a replacement. So I sent back. That is the end of the story. After that I have sent emails, made endless phone calls to HS18, but no use. They have taken the money & the product both. They are not sending the replacement product also not answering the emails. I had open the complaint ticket also, but that is just an eye wash.
                              Requesting you to please take action against this company & block from operation in India.
                              This must not get license to do business in India at all.

                              I have purchase a Jewellary product of cost of 1499.00 INR from homeshop18 after seeing their advertisement on TV vide order number[protected] but when i receive this product from courier this packet contain all jewellary different with which the jewellary shown on TV screen after complain executive told to me that we will exchange ur product but i told them that i can't take another product i want refund but they (Homeshop18) executive refuse that they did not give any refund to me.

                              I purchased some items from Homeshop18 on 24 nov 2012 in midnight & there i used gift certificates to get discount in purchasing items. i sat before computer till late night and ordered 13 items by using gift certificates and paid rest amount left after using gift certificate. but today on 25/nov/2012 in the morning i saw they cancelled all of my orders. a single purchase was not even processed. i used their GC but they cancel all the items orders. they cheated me by firstly giving gift certificates and then cancelling all my orders.

                              Since September 2013 i am following up on the product which i had received with wrong size, i had sent it back through Blue Dart courier with way Bill no. [protected] and my Homeshop Order no. was[protected].

                              Initially your executive was asking for the courier receipt to refund the charges i said i don't have the receipt with me and i don't want the charges to be refund all i want is to get the product back correct size. then after 2 month, on 25th Nov your executive told me that they have not received the courier. thereafter i contacted Blue Dart and send the scan copy of Internet POD which says that the product has been received at your Okhla office but your executive was not ready to accept that the product has been received at his end.

                              Kindly help me in getting my product with below mentioned size at the earliest

                                  I ordered INALSA food processor in month of january ,on 14 january i received a message from home shop 18 that the product has been dispatched and the order number is [protected],please keep amount of Rs.3595 ready. On 15th i received the product but the blades were missing,without those blades the product is useless.After that i registered a complaint on 16th january and i was told that i will receive a call back with in 48 hours,but i did not get any call,i registered another complaint with home shop 18 in 2nd february ,till now i have not heard from them,there is no action taken.i called home shop 18 today as weel,i asked for money back(reimbursement)but they bluntly said money will not be returned,but we will receive the parts.

                                  Please take an action,it is really frustrating for me to call them again and again.

                                    Dear friends,

                                    I bought a Toshiba LED TV from homeshop18. They had given a 1000 rupees discount voucher and lured me into buying that TV. Though the site says that they sell only genuine/brand new items, they had indirectly placed the order to some company by name 'Sanjay enterprises' in Mumbai. These people shipped me an used/faulty TV. The TV will switch off automatically after some time. My order number is[protected]. After so much follow up, I got the TV delivered. The TV seal was opened and it was used TV and there was no bill with the product. I had raised three support tickets 69561455, 69384055 and 69299827 and opened them again and again so many times and still they did not help me. Then finally I called up Toshiba people for installation and they installed the TV and asked for the original bill to service. Then after so many follow-ups, I got the bill copy. Then came the next shock - Toshiba does not have their service centre anywhere in bangalore. It is done by a third party called Jeeves. Meanwhile after so many fights, HS18 people said they will replace the TV but it has to be unused. What the hell??? You sell me used TV and say that you will replace only if it is unused???? Another way of saying I will not replace???? Jeeves people who inspected the TV confirmed that it is used for very very long time and the board is gone and it has to come from Indonesia. After 15 days, the board had come and it not work even after the board was changed. They have now said the SMPS is also gone and I am still waiting even after 1 month to see something on the TV after paying several thousands.I begged them giving all the service call details saying send me a replacement and arrange a pickup but it all went to deaf ears. They are still saying send me the unused TV, we will check and send the replacement. So please do not get carried away with the price and freebies. Visit and dealer and buy genuine, new piece even if it costs little more!!! In my case I got 1500 rupees cheaper than market place but now paying a heavy price with this used TV.
