Homeshop18 — No warranty Mobile sold facing problem with service center | |
I have purchased karbonn Titanium S5 (Order no[protected] on 18th July from Homeshop18.com it was delivered to me on 20th July. after that I used it with no problem. Suddenly around week back my phone started giving problem in charging and even after removing headset, the headset icon always shows up in notification screen. Now I went to karbonn Service centre to get it check, they said since you have purchased it online it is not showing warranty details and we cannot fix it. I got shocked to hear that I tried to argue with service centre guy but he said talk to Homeshop 18 they may be able to help you. I spoke to homeshop18 and registered the complaint but they said they donot have solution right now they will get back to me proper resolution but no one bothered to call back. I am facing problem in using my phone even after spending so much money. I never knew that there is problem with warranty with phones purchase online. I am feeling robbed. There was a promise from your side that you will be back with resolution in 48 hours, that passed and why should I wait for 48 hrs when we have purchase a mobile from you it should be with warranty since the day of purchase.
I went to service centre and spent almost two hours and then the stupid people came and told me there is no warranty. I thought they are taking time because they are repairing it. But after two hours they told me they cannot do it. I dont understand what is going on, if I donot get my phone repaired, I am gonna make a formal complaint, I am sure there are other buyers who aren't aware about such problem thay might not have faced. But once they are gonna know about it they will stop shopping from HS18.
