[Resolved] HomeTown — delay delivery, wrong shipment | |||
I have purchased a shoe case on 8th nOv 2012 and paid the full amount. As per the committment of the store, i was suppose to get the delivery max by 23rd Nov 2012. But i got the delivery on 25th November.( Buyer's order no: [protected]) After that i got the 2nd committment that the product will be assembled max within 48 hrs. But that also didnt happen and after several follow ups the assemblment happen after 54 hrs. During assemble we found out that the shipment was wrong as i got 2 doors of the same left side. Then we went to the store in HomeTown JP Nagar and spoke to the manager. It was pathetic that once they sell the product and take customer's money they do not entertain you for support. As per them we need to wait for another min 7 -15 days to get the correct door and product. Home Town is full of pathetic people and horrible service. Was this information helpful? | |||
