[Resolved] Hometown Furniture — Bad quality furniture and no service against warranty | |||
I had booked furniture from home town Indore which was delevered to me in Jan 2011 in from Hometown hyderabad. However due to bad quality wood used side wooden support of my bed broke and fell just after two months of the delivery. Its going to be almost a year and my warranty is going to expire but despite of calling them continuously I No body has come to get it fixed. I was told at the time of delivery that the product parts will be replaced if it breaks under warranty and that mantling and dismantling of it will be free for atleast three times.Let alone thrice i had to go through a hard time to get it done even after delivery. Home town is the worst ever shop to purchase furniture. At the time of buying i was told for 5 years warrenty and now no one is listening
I was told to show us the bill to redeem the warrenty but now no one is listening.
