[Resolved]  Hometown, Great India Place Noida — Non Delivery of Goods even 36 days after receiving payment

Address:Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

We have deposited around 19600/- aginst receipt No. [protected] to Home Town for one dinning table set & Almirah. Home Town after lot of follow up have neither supplied the material nor returned the money. I do not understand why mr Kishor Biyani is so munch intrested in unfair trade practice and making customers fool after getting money in advance.

I request home Town , NOIDA to deliver goods or return back my money with market rate of intrest.

Sorry to say that again you are changing your commitments.

Yesterday when you spoke to me in the evening you mentioned that you will be taking 10 days more to deliver the product. Now you are giving the date of 30 Nov. This is really heights.

I am again mentioning you that it is better if you return my money back. I am no more interested in your product.

I don't expect this type of business with a consumer chain like future group.

Please don't force me to go to consumer court against you.

Kindly reply me asap . Your company does not have any business ethics and you just make customer fool.

I am again sure that if anybody is not able to work on the committed dates they can't complete it later also.

i am forwarding your mail to Mr. Kishore biyani also so that he should also know about business characters in Future group..

Nothing more to say and again mentioning that just return my money back with penalty as soon as possible.

This to bring under your notice that the scheduled consignment plan has been procrastinated because of some issues in our logistics.

Home Town ,Noida — Non delivery of products on committed date

My receipt No. is [protected] and I had paid the entire amount by cheque of approx. Rs. 20,000/- for purchasing a dining table and a book reck the same day. Because of non availability and their other products which they mentioned as out of stock products we accepted to purchase one model, which was more expensive to other products being liked by us . But for the product we paid was supposed to be delivered on 2nd Nov. that is before Diwali. We decided to buy the same as it was to be delivered before Diwali.

But now on continuous calling to home town the last day of delivery , they had mentioned saying sorry that the stock is not yet received so the same will be delivered after some days.

We would request that looking to the charm of festive season, inspite of committment from them to deliver on 2nd they have not been able to do so.

This is to our surprise that so big a chain is not keeping their promise.The charm of festive season is totally lost and we feel that we have put our money in wrong place. Looking at today's competitive market it would have been better to buy from some other place.
