I purchased a dinning Table from Home Town Vikroli againng order# [protected], When was it delivered I complained it was not from werehouse and delivered me from store as display unit.
I complained at your customer care center, nobody responded me for a week so I had to visit you store and your one of senior representative convienced me that it was new piece and I agreed to assembled it.
When your fitter open the box there were 2 chairs in broken condition and other 4 chairs were of 2 different model.
They told me that they were replace with new set of chair and when replaced 2 chairs come that was also a differnt model.
Couldn't understand how are you running such a big store with this basic issue.
I am chasing with your customer care center since one month to take it back refund my money as I don't have trust in Hometown even in future group.
I got call 2 weeks back that some will come and tke out dinning table but no respond after that either from store or from customer care.
I had a call to your customer care 2 days back and they assured me that store will call you in the morning, i waited whole day yesterday but no respond. Trying to customer care today morning but seems some technical issue.
I had a made a mistake to buy dinning table from Home Town
