Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased sofa set and centre table in Hometown, punjagutta, hyderabad for Rs. 50,000.00. There is a manufacture
problem in sofa set delivered to my place and it is not exactly the same as displayed in showroom. Upon complaining the same,
concerned executive visited my place for investigation. He agreed that, there is problem and it needs to be replaced.
Talking about centre table, the product ordered by us is completely different from the product delivered to our place. Even
product number is reflecting fine in the bill but, wrong product is replaced.
Executives promised me that, the items will be replaced by 15th of December. Now, none of the executives are responding to my
concerns and i am completely helpless. Kindly, please take necessary actions and do the needful.
