[Resolved] Hometown, Lucknow Up — Product not delivered, problem in refunds | |||
I booked a wall unit from Home town, SaharaGanj, Lucknow on 23/04/2011. They told that the product is not available in the warehouse and will be delivered in 30 days before 23/05/2011. When I didn't received I called up and they said that it will take another 7 days. After 7 days they told me that plesase wait for 10 more day and promised to deliver the product by 10/06/2011. I called on 6/06/2011 to inquire about the status. The representative told that it is in transit and will be delivered by 10/06/2011. On 09/06/2011 they called and told that the product can't be delivered and told that they will be refunding the amount by 12/06/2011. Its now 14/06/2011 and I didn't got any amount or any confirmation from them. I am really annoyed with the false promises made by their represntative and companies service.
