[Resolved] Hometown Modular Kitchen — Reg Modular kitchen cancellation @ Hometown marathahalli - Bangalore | |||
We have planned to go for a modular kitchen with Hometown Marathahalli branch. (Bangalore). During booking they said that day is the last day for 40% OFF and some free goodies and they forced us to do the payment. When we went there on the next day still the OFF was going on. Cost is too high compared to other Vendors and hence we planned to cancel the booking. But after following up for 15 days, they (Regional Head - Prithvi) say they cant refund the amount and they will take 15% as penalty and remaining they will give us Hometown vouchers. Also he even mentioned that they dont know when this will happen. They need to check their sales records and it might take some time.(I dont know how much more time?) This amount is important for us, it is our saving. Simply Hometown people taking it is not acceptable. Can someone help us to resolve the issue? -Rajkumar Was this information helpful? | |||
