[Resolved] Hometown Pune — Wrong product supplied and not replaced | |
We bought a mattress of dreamline company the first time vide receipt no 7575. The size was 75 x 60 finding this to be good we bought the second mattress and asked for the same quality as the first, we were supplied a second mettress. This was much thinner and had a white thick cloth around it, preventing the drawer in the bed (captain bed bought from hometown pune) from closing . We have been waiting for a replacement for more than 3 months now. Today the replacement that arrived was very similar to the one we had earlier. Please refrain from buying things from Hometown.
