i have purchase a hero honda splendere before 02 months . we have taken 03 services from hero honda, in first service they have well service my bike. but when i had gone there for second service in Singla agency authorized service centre of hero honda for two wheeler. They had broken my clutbh of my bike. And when i have gone there for third service there then they have poor serviced my bike and my bike not giving average as well as it was giving before to third service. They have not well engineer's for service. Now i have complaints for this then they are saying that they are not responsible for this and they can do well to this .

I think this is not way of service. Hero honda is good brand in india after that your service person doing like this.

Dear Sir,
We had purchase Honda Eterno scooter from your Authorized dealer Innovative Honda C.G road, Ahmedabad. On Dt.[protected]. Having Invoice No. 07IN03598 7. &
Vehicle no—GJ-1- JC- 2256. Engine No. KF07E9230437.

We have been getting it regularly serviced and repaired through your authorized dealer innovative Honda Ahmedabad since purchase.

Kindly note that we had put our Eterno for repairing purpose in the Service station on 08/06/09. We have taken the delivery on 11/06/09 morning. After reaching our office we found that our ETERNO’S all three wheels (including tyres and stepnee) found changed/replaced. All the three wheels with tyres of MRF make (original company fitted) were replaced by some old wheels having CEAT tyres without our consent.

We visited back the service station and communicated the same to Mr. Kirit (service dept) and other authorities immediately and complained regarding the issue. But we haven’t got satisfactory response till date, they were not even ready to acknowledge the complaint and look into the issue.

We request you to verify your records with details of wheels and tyres delivered to us along with the vehicle and look into the matter.

We expect an urgent response from your end including the details of wheels and tyres fitted in our vehicle. We also request you to help us get back our original wheels.

We can not be punished for using Honda vehicle and putting blind faith in your dealers believing that our vehicles are safe when given to an authorized HONDA dealer!

i made a complaint about my shine about improper servicing yesterday . today i talked with the zonal manager, showroom owner at wardha, maharashtra. i am now satisfied with their response. i will get my vehichle serviced at the showroom in next days . i am taking my complaint back.

I have purchased the bike NXG splendor in 12 Feb 2009 and from the first service onwards I was just complaining about the average of the bike on the service time ur excecutive noted the complaint on the job card but the result is zero. I have made four service from the Honda Workshop on Delhi Road Meerut on M/s Arun Kumar Jai Kumar.
I hereby request u to please get my bike service properly especially for average . Its giving only average of 42-45 km. My coupon no 7168 fourth service was made on 03.11.2009. Reg No is UP15-AJ7362.

booking no - DCR[protected], DT.31/12/2009 for Honda Shine, but todays i have go to the TAJSHRI HONDA SHOWROOM NAGPUR, this showroom owner talk to very Arogantly also Showroom Manager. we are not satisfied to Honda service at Nagpur, & they are selling the Bikes ---- Rs ON Basis & this is not fair to middleclass coustmer. Today we have withrol the bookink money. we have request to kindly please action the showroom owner for coustmer service nither i will go to the consumer forum please take action.

I'd purchased a honda unicorn on 20th aug 09, It has covered only 3970 kms yesterday my bike got brakedown due to accelarator cable cut, i inform the chandra honda service station, but there is no proper response from there, they ask me to drive the bike upto the workshop, how it is possible without the accelarator cable,
I'm tottally dissatisfied with the service
kindly take action towards this complaint and do the needful

Hi,

I had been told the delivery will take 4 months @ the time of booing.
But Now Im waiting for the 6th month but havent got a single phone call.

Do you belive in customer satisfaction ??

Do you see if the deliveries are delivered on time?? or the dealer seels the bike to sub-dealer putting his customer waiting & earn profit ?

DONT REPLY JUST TAKE ACTION IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE.

In my fourth service (free service) they did not water service my vehicle and when i asked about it to the service manager, the service manager he remarked in my owner's mannuval as "Pending Water service".Is this is a good service for me? I stay at Visakhapatnam..I booked Honda DEO on 06.02.2010 at your Honda dealer "JUPITER"...at the time of booking these ppl said it woud take around 15-20 days...now its more than a month ...still i havnt got any proper response from JUPITER...Atleast they can tell me the tentative date when the vehicle wub be ready & delivered..and moreover the ppl workin there have got a huge attitude problm..first tech them how they hav to behav with the customers...they r so arrogant in their behavr...they dont give a proper response...the money that i have spent on making calls to them, i cud hav got a bike with that...

HERO HONDA TWO WHEELER — Service Management is very Poor

Today (15th Nov,2010) i was go for my Bike Regular service. before today i already visited service center 3 times. i was in line with my bike in early morning 8:00 O'clock and Hero Honda Service Center Employs are coming after 8:30 Am and they are started to check and write a Job Card after 9:00 AM. during this time they give us a General Priority number and my Number was 32. There is a 5 Table for writing a Job Card in Morning and they are taking a Bike up to 10-11 O'clock but at 9:15 AM only Two table are working. My turn coming at 10:45 AM. when we are request to them to do something for quick work, that time Present supervisor or Manager not respond in well manner. after we wrote a complaint and tell them to accept it with duly sign by signature or stamp but the refuse our written complaint and then after submitted local office (J.K.Moters, Rajkot) but still we are not satisfied with the service. today i received my Bike at 7:10 PM. its almost take whole day and i have only one Bike for doing my regular field work.like me other people are also suffer same problem. most of people are service class people and they don't have any alternate option and this type of behavior is not acceptable for this type of Reputed Company.

we are service class people and for servicing our two wheeler we must go on Leave its not fair...its take whole day due to lake of staff, not proper management, irresponsible employ,etc...
what i say more...please make some action on t his type of Services.

.Now the Stand of this bike has been Broken
I was complain to Mr sanjay & Mr Vipin. They Make a valding on them & charge me 70 rs Now again the stand had broken again i was complain to Mr Anurag.
They tell me that company is not responsible for this stand if you want to change this stand you will pay for it. I said that the bike is in warranty period why we will pay for it but he is not ready to change i am very upset for this please take a quick step to solve my problem.

Unfortunatly when i am return back from home suddently I have meet a road accident on 29-mar-2011, in that reasons my motorcycle is fully dameged.
So i submitted my motorcycle to honda show room at Durgapur City
Center(WB) motor cycle no is WB-40-S-6093 on 12th may 2011 for repearing.
But still i have not receive my motor cycle with a runing condition.
Due to no spear parts avlebal on any showroom, ,
Requesting to you arrange for repeair of my motor cycle ASAP & quickly deliver to me.

i gave my honda dio for first paid servicing in pune in a authorised service centre but after servicing i found so many problem in my scooty... i can not start it smoothly by self and also they harmed the self start button... and when i get back to them they told directly that they are not responsible for it and they did't entertained my problem in good manner... sir i need support against my complain.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have booked a Honda Activa Grey Colour through Pilot 2 Wheelers, authorised dealer for honda vehicles at Mumbai.

    The date of booking was 12.02.2009 vide receipt no. 54, the delivery time told to me at the time of booking was 45-60 days.

    After a repeated follow-up procedure now I am told that earliest possible delivery is only after 20.04.2009 i.e more than 70 days which is a clear violation of said terms at the time of booking

    It is actually such a pity that not only the dealer but also the company itself is simply disgusting.

    Hope I get support and co-operation inthis regard from the forum

    With due respect, i would like to draw your attention to the lack of response to the prospective honda customers. When I booked for Honda shine on 02-03-09 at M/s M.A.Honda in Trichy Tamilnadu, the persons on the dealer side adviced to go for a drum type model as disc one was high in demand and will take some 30 days. so uninterested i changed my option to drum for which they confirmed 15 days. But at present, i am yet to get a model and those people put it on the load schedule adopted. kindly help..

    I agree to the issue. I am going through the same problem. I have booked black activa on 26th Feb 2009 and now they say that the earlier model of activa i.e. of 102 cc is now replaced by new 110 cc activa and there is no delivery schedule or new price available with dealer. Its already 35 days gone.

    On detail enquiry I found that the bikes are sold on 2000 to 3000 extra preminum cost if you need delivery on the spot and for such cases bikes are always available.

    It is disgusting for company like HONDA doing this.

    I am purchase Honda Aviator Bick from 28-Aug-2008 from 5 Strar Honda, Veraval (Guj.), that time the honda dealer not issue free service book. he told we are reminder free service through phone, till date the dealer only one time free service, now i am sifted Veraval to Bharuch, I ask to veraval honda dealer pl. give me my service book, he is not give the free service book, and today he told me your bick service time is over, i am soking because of i purcase this bick use for my wife till dated only 2000 km run this bick, normay 2000 km after second service to bick but, your honda dealer M/s. 5 Star Honda issue all service free cupone at company account, but actual he is not provide free service, now today i want free service at bharch the bharuch dealer give Rs. 500 for Honda aviator bick service, as per compnay rule all compnay give one year 4 to five sevice free, now what can i do in this matter,

    booked activa on 15th april 2009 . Initially, I was told 30 days waiting time which some how, I accepted, but recently a week before the distributor tod me additional 15 days waiting time that means I will have to wait till 30thMay 2009. I was told there are problems on account of dispatch. I wonder company of yor stature who call themselves, a leading compay in auto sector, can come up with these reasons.At the cost of 45500/- I am not comfortable with these reaosns. Please tell me why a customer shuld suffer, who have paid full price?
    I urge all of you to take up this matter to the respective consumer court for the disservice and inconvenience to the customer

    I’m really repenting for the decision I made to purchase Honda Shine.
    I’ve purchased Honda Shine Motorcycle at Jsp Automotives, 5-7-32/1 Opp. Metro Kukatpally Hyderabad on 1-Jan-2009. Since then I’m facing “gear shifting” problem. I’ve categorically mentioned the same in my first free service (Coupon No 53264). It was not rectified. I’ve mentioned the same in my second free service too. It’s not rectified. Instead they sold me Teflon coating. On 11 May, while I was overtaking a city bus, I tried to change my gear unsuccessfully, which resulted a road accident. As I’m Hospitalized, couldn’t bring my motorcycle to your Jsp Automotives Service centre. Instead I’ve sent my assistant to get my damaged motorcycle repaired. He gave the bike to Jsp Automotives by again mentioning about the gear shifting problem. Jsp Automotives replaced couple of damaged parts, that too very unprofessionally. 1) Did not through foot rest. 2) Did not clear vibration in the front wheel. 3) Fixed a new visor, but deviating right side. 4) Finally gear shifting problem still exist.
    I spoke to Mr. Ashok, Jsp Automotives, to hear a very irresponsible answer. My straight question is that is there anybody @ Honda2wheelers India, who can take the responsibility of such things ???? I demand to replace necessary parts to fix gear shifting problem. I shall wait for a positive & practical response within 15 days from now (till 20th June). Else I’m forced to expose this to media. Also I’m forced to file a suit on this.

    On 1st June 09, I have fwd a envolope from KPHB-Hyderabad vide consignment no. H59910414 to Mr.Harikrishna at " 3-28-18/63, 5th Lane, Brindawan Gardens. GUNTUR .AP Ph:[protected].
    On 9th June I received the cover Back saying Premises locked for 3 days.
    This is an office premises and was open through out. Also, my cover gave a contact number and no one called to check. This has been confirmed by Mr.Harikrishna's office.

    I suspect your person in Guntur did not attempt to deliver the cover at all.

    I visited your KPHB office and did not receive a proper response. I called the KPHB Branch Manager Suresh no.[protected] and the movement he realised it is a complaint, he acted as line not clear and disconnected.
    I called your DTDC GUNTUR office no.[protected] and naturally the person RAMANA did not give any reason. I asked for the Manager's no.and Ramana said "she does not know".
    For the sake of the reputation of DTDC you should take action against such branches and their personnel.
    Now I have been told to once again pay money to DTDC and resend the cover.
    Can you pl look into this and revert.

    sir, i went your showroom S.P.G honda civil lines bareilly(u.p). i found their is a nobody treats me well i asked your brand activa & want to see your scooter but their is no response to me one persons gave me one suggestion if i give 1000rs/- than after one month they will show my own scooter.but its not a satisfactory answer to my query.i felt they are not insturted to sell any scooter i & my brother want to buy two scooters same day.i asked your showroom MD MR.CHAUHAN but he was not their in sunday 14/6/09 at 7:00 am.its very bad impression for me at first time in your showroom.i am sure than their is nobody to sell your brand.like me i think many customer dropped many times to buy scooters from just your showroom as bareilly.

    I booked a HONDA DIO on 19th Jun, 2009 and at the time of booking the dealer said it would take maximum 15 days, now, he is saying that it would take another two weeks if I want the desired colour which is more than 3 weeks of booking.Normally it should not be more than a week, and if you want the vehicle soon you will have to compromise for colour.Why should anyone make a compromise when he is paying a hefty amount for something.The dealers should not promise to provide the vehicle sooner than they can actually do.I think Scooty is a much better choice if you want quick possession of the two wheeler.

    Now our request is to make as earlier. Your dealer Krishna Automobiles is not responding properly. Sometimes Krishna Autos peoples said take the vehicle with full of accessories worth Rs. 3000/- (approximately) which is not useful for us by all means. We requires as accessories footrest and side stand maximum that suits our rental business or they people says take the white or red colour.

    I am sorry to inform you that the Honda-Shine Motorcycle that I purchased on 6th Feb, 2009 has been constantly giving me troubles from the very first day. All complaints made to the authorised service centres and workshops have failed to rectify the problem in my vehicle. I am going through a phase of severe mental, physical and financial exploitation due to this problem the details of which are given below.

    Problem History: The motorcycle started vibrating from the very first day.

    ― On 10th Feb, 2009, I contacted the workshop o[censored]niversal Honda, Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad and complained about the problem. The motorcycle was taken for repairs (Job Card: 025911)but the problem remained unsolved. The Service Manager assured me that the problem would get solved by the time of First Service
    ― On 18th Feb, 2009, I left the motorcycle for First Service at Universal Honda and also mentioned the problem of vibration. Even after the First Service, the problem remained unsolved. (Job card : 42443)
    ― On 15th April, 2009, I again left my motorcycle for Second Service (Job Card: 050072). At that time I again complained about the problem to the Service Manager – Mr Mitesh. Mr Mitesh assured me that he would personally pay attention to the service but the bike was returned to me in the same condition – with vibration problem. Adding insult to injury, the mileage of my bike also got reduced. I was already going through an ordeal of mental torture. The reduced mileage put me in additional financial torture.
    ― On 27th May, 2009, I again placed my bike at Universal Honda emphasising my existing problem of vibration and newly awarded problem of reduced mileage.(Job Card: 055311). This time also the bike was returned with the same illness – the vibrations continued and mileage lowered.
    ― On 26th June, 2009, I again placed my bike for Third Service at another workshop –PUNJAB HONDA situated at 18, 19 Rivera 30 Arcade, Nr.Prahladnagar Garden, 100 Ft. Road Satellite, Ahmedabad. Again I reminded them of the existing complaints. They returned my bike on 27th June, 2009 without any change in existing problems. Here too the problem was not solved.
    ― Finally, I took my bike to Universal Honda and persisted on getting the problem solved. Here I got the final shock from the Service Manager that I will have to live with the problem. He pointed out that the bike has Optimax Engine due to which the vibrations will continue and the service department will not be able to solve the problem.
    Sir, Why the workshop(s) tortured me for more than 5 months wrongly assuring me that the problem will be put right? Does your esteemed company induct new technologies to create more problems? Why the Sales Department didn’t mention this problem initially when they convinced me to buy this particular model?
    I am completely disappointed with the performance of this bike. I have been undergoing mental, physical and financial exploitation since the day I brought this new bike.
    I have brought this problem to your notice with the last hope of getting the problem rectified. Expecting a favourable action on your part,

    I have booked a Honda UNICORN BLACK Colour through Savari Motors, authorised dealer for honda vehicles at Thamarassery, Calicut

    The date of booking was 28.05.2009 vide receipt no. 213, the delivery time told to me at the time of booking was 60-70 days.

    After a repeated follow-up procedure now I am told that earliest possible delivery is only after 30.08.2009 i.e more than 90 days which is a clear violation of said terms at the time of booking

    I am a respectable Govt Employee in Kerala( Kerala Fire & Rescue Services ).

    Being a Govt Employee, the Company and the Dealer cheated me

    It is actually such a pity that not only the dealer but also the company itself is simply disgusting.

    I serviced my bike on 24/08/09 at Druvdesh Honda, Gokul extension Bangalore, i found none of the problems were rectified even after paying extra charges for clutch clearence etc.
    Again i took the bike on 27/08/09 and explained the same but service engineer SHYAM told me that get for the next service we will rectify the problems, but i didnt agreed and i told him to service right now, after 1 hour he brought the bike back and told me its ready, but its the same.

    Its really pathetic...

    i had visited the honda website for buying activa and the the price mentioned there was about 47500 on-road for the ulhasnagar showroom but when i visited the showroom it was around 49500 so i just want to know if the dealers r charging this extra 2000 for what purpose and if this is not lawful what action can be taken.

Initially at SPG Honda civil lines bareilly, I was told 15 days waiting time which some how, I accepted, but recently a week before the distributor tod me additional 30 days waiting time that means I will have to wait till 7th oct 2009 and i don't understand when there is a availability of vehicle in the stock so why not to deliver it to a customer . I was told there are problems on account of dispatch. I wonder company of yor stature who call themselves, a leading compay in auto sector, can come up with these reasons.At the cost of 45500/- I am not comfortable with these reaosns. Please tell me why a customer shuld suffer, who have paid full price?...and they are asking for bribe to give us a vehicle ...i don't know about you but customer can not tollrete this type of behaviour.

    I wanted to buy a Honda Activa Scooter from Shri Masha Auto Bulandshahr dealer of the Honda 2 wheelers. The Dealer was not ready to give the scooter until I buy accessories also priced at double the market rate.
    A complaint to the Company did not produce any results.

    i serviced my vehicle stunner (cbf125m) reg no. jh01x-0868 dos 15/09/2008, in giridih (jharkhand) shivam honda my complaint is my vehicles cut off running and some problem in ignition i think in current supply in ignition is not in properway they are not giving the ignition lock in warranty. they are saying vehicle is ok and lock is not covered under warranty.
    so please clearify and solve my problem.

I have black Honda Activa from sudarshan Motors, Nagpur. even after full payment on 8th march through cheque, I have not received the vehicle. Is this a regular procedure at your company.     i had visited the honda website for buying activa and unicorn the the price mentioned there was Activa about 51500 on-road and Unicorn About RS.68000 for the Vasai showroom but when i visited the Aditya Honda showroom Vasai Road Vasai (w) it was around 64000 & 80000 respectively. so i just want to know if the dealers are charging this extra Rs.12500 on Activa & Rs.12000 on Unicorn for what purpose and if this is not lawful what action can be taken.

    This is Prakash. I am one of your customers. I had booked an HONDA Unicorn from Nobel HONDA, B.Komarapalayam, Namakkal(DT)on Desember 2010. dealer had promised to give its delivery in a 3 month time, but still we havent got the delivery of the vehicle yet. Its almost 6 months now and still the dealer is not ready to give any commitment as when he is going to give the vehicle. He calls up everyday giving us stupid reasons .thay told we don't have slat this time. i don't know whats the meaning of slat .
    Kindly look into the matter and please see to it that the vehicle gets delivered soon.

    I Hasmukh M. Prajapati visited your dealer showroom Imperial Honda located at Vapi, Gujarat to purchase Honda Activa (White) on dated 22.09.2012. I asked him regarding activa delivery on dated 24.10.2012. They told that please book and deposit 1000 rs, we will give you delivery on dated 24.10.2012, so I booked and deposited 1000 rs on same day. They given me quotation with hand written delivery on dushera.
    After that I contacted on dated 20.10.2012 for conformation of delivery, but they not replied anything. I contacted again 22.10.2012, they replied that please come showroom and deposit balance payment, we will deliver you Activa in first week of November. I visited again on 23.10.2012 with cash and meet same person, she given wrongly answer that deposit payment and delivery takes minimum 25 days more. And also she told that make full payment after that we decide. I requested her to show me booking list for same vehicle. She was not given me the booking list.
    So I request you to please reply me the procedure to purchase of Honda Activa(White).

      This is really shameful that all the peoples of Honda group make fake commitments to their customers whether they are dealers or area manager or any other.

      Your company area manager made committed that I will receive my scooty by Thursday i.e.9 April 2009, but still till date i haven’t got. As after talking with dealers, they informed me that company has provided body with different color which is not required by you.

      I think Honda group peoples have no interest in their company reputation, as they are making it down day by day. They are least bother about services for the customer.

      This is my biggest mistake that I have put my trust on such a company who don’t have worth for their own commitments.

      I HAVE A HONDA SHAINE BIKE. BUT BIKE IS DEFECTIV AND NO SERVICE. I AM PUT THE CASE CONSMER COART. LAST WARNIG. DEALER COULD COPRATE .
      I have puchased a bike that is honda shine (self) no.=hr24k 8984, sirsa(hry). i have purched it on 11-sep-2008 but every month ther is new problem .The thing that not happened in any bike that problem held in my bike.
      evey time i go to the decent honda company they repair the prev. problem, but on next day there is a new problem.
      so please concentrate on my request otherwise i will take a action against the company
      i booked honda shine from sri koduri honda;rajahmundry east godavari a.p and paid advance of 1000 rs on[protected].i was assuresd that bike will be deleverd immediateley if full amount paid.i paid full amount on[protected] but bike not deleverd.vexed by the show room people, i cancelled my order on[protected]. but the payment was not returend to me till today.to my knowledge they are black marketing bikes and shines delivered to people who booked later me.please take action.
      i have not any complain but i want to buy new cbf stunner new launched. i want this bike in orange (black) color with orange wheel which is launched in delhi. i m living in mumbai . can i get this bike in this color in mumbai ? pls reply me fast i want this bike pls pls
