Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a Honda Activa Grey Colour through Pilot 2 Wheelers, authorised dealer for honda vehicles at Mumbai.
The date of booking was 12.02.2009 vide receipt no. 54, the delivery time told to me at the time of booking was 45-60 days.
After a repeated follow-up procedure now I am told that earliest possible delivery is only after 20.04.2009 i.e more than 70 days which is a clear violation of said terms at the time of booking
It is actually such a pity that not only the dealer but also the company itself is simply disgusting.
Hope I get support and co-operation inthis regard from the forum

We had purchase Honda Eterno scooter from your Authorized dealer Innovative Honda C.G road, Ahmedabad. On Dt.[protected]. Having Invoice No. 07IN03598 7. &
Vehicle no—GJ-1- JC- 2256. Engine No. KF07E9230437.
We have been getting it regularly serviced and repaired through your authorized dealer innovative Honda Ahmedabad since purchase.
Kindly note that we had put our Eterno for repairing purpose in the Service station on 08/06/09. We have taken the delivery on 11/06/09 morning. After reaching our office we found that our ETERNO’S all three wheels (including tyres and stepnee) found changed/replaced. All the three wheels with tyres of MRF make (original company fitted) were replaced by some old wheels having CEAT tyres without our consent.
We visited back the service station and communicated the same to Mr. Kirit (service dept) and other authorities immediately and complained regarding the issue. But we haven’t got satisfactory response till date, they were not even ready to acknowledge the complaint and look into the issue.
We request you to verify your records with details of wheels and tyres delivered to us along with the vehicle and look into the matter.
We expect an urgent response from your end including the details of wheels and tyres fitted in our vehicle. We also request you to help us get back our original wheels.
We can not be punished for using Honda vehicle and putting blind faith in your dealers believing that our vehicles are safe when given to an authorized HONDA dealer!

I had purchase Honda Stunner bike on[protected].My nearest authorized dealer was KTC motors.Vadakara.Calicut.Their services very bad and consumer behaviour is very bad.More than 1 week booking for services
And STUNNER is very low quality bike, no milages...

I have purchased the bike NXG splendor in 12 Feb 2009 and from the first service onwards I was just complaining about the average of the bike on the service time ur excecutive noted the complaint on the job card but the result is zero. I have made four service from the Honda Workshop on Delhi Road Meerut on M/s Arun Kumar Jai Kumar.
I hereby request u to please get my bike service properly especially for average . Its giving only average of 42-45 km. My coupon no 7168 fourth service was made on 03.11.2009. Reg No is UP15-AJ7362.

booking no - DCR[protected], DT.31/12/2009 for Honda Shine, but todays i have go to the TAJSHRI HONDA SHOWROOM NAGPUR, this showroom owner talk to very Arogantly also Showroom Manager. we are not satisfied to Honda service at Nagpur, & they are selling the Bikes ---- Rs ON Basis & this is not fair to middleclass coustmer. Today we have withrol the bookink money. we have request to kindly please action the showroom owner for coustmer service nither i will go to the consumer forum please take action.

Dear sir,
I'd purchased a honda unicorn on 20th aug 09, It has covered only 3970 kms yesterday my bike got brakedown due to accelarator cable cut, i inform the chandra honda service station, but there is no proper response from there, they ask me to drive the bike upto the workshop, how it is possible without the accelarator cable,
I'm tottally dissatisfied with the service
kindly take action towards this complaint and do the needful

I had been told the delivery will take 4 months @ the time of booing.
But Now Im waiting for the 6th month but havent got a single phone call.
Do you belive in customer satisfaction ??
Do you see if the deliveries are delivered on time?? or the dealer seels the bike to sub-dealer putting his customer waiting & earn profit ?
DONT REPLY JUST TAKE ACTION IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE.

HERO HONDA TWO WHEELER — Service Management is very Poor
Today (15th Nov,2010) i was go for my Bike Regular service. before today i already visited service center 3 times. i was in line with my bike in early morning 8:00 O'clock and Hero Honda Service Center Employs are coming after 8:30 Am and they are started to check and write a Job Card after 9:00 AM. during this time they give us a General Priority number and my Number was 32. There is a 5 Table for writing a Job Card in Morning and they are taking a Bike up to 10-11 O'clock but at 9:15 AM only Two table are working. My turn coming at 10:45 AM. when we are request to them to do something for quick work, that time Present supervisor or Manager not respond in well manner. after we wrote a complaint and tell them to accept it with duly sign by signature or stamp but the refuse our written complaint and then after submitted local office (J.K.Moters, Rajkot) but still we are not satisfied with the service. today i received my Bike at 7:10 PM. its almost take whole day and i have only one Bike for doing my regular field work.like me other people are also suffer same problem. most of people are service class people and they don't have any alternate option and this type of behavior is not acceptable for this type of Reputed Company.we are service class people and for servicing our two wheeler we must go on Leave its not fair...its take whole day due to lake of staff, not proper management, irresponsible employ,etc...
what i say more...please make some action on t his type of Services.

.Now the Stand of this bike has been Broken
I was complain to Mr sanjay & Mr Vipin. They Make a valding on them & charge me 70 rs Now again the stand had broken again i was complain to Mr Anurag.
They tell me that company is not responsible for this stand if you want to change this stand you will pay for it. I said that the bike is in warranty period why we will pay for it but he is not ready to change i am very upset for this please take a quick step to solve my problem.

Before some days i had meet with an accident, in that my head light and my brake swith is broken. from that day near two and half month had been past but the parts are unavailable to me. they are saying that in few days we will bring the parts but the there not bringing.Pls take action against this problem i hope my problem is b consider as seriously.

Unfortunatly when i am return back from home suddently I have meet a road accident on 29-mar-2011, in that reasons my motorcycle is fully dameged.
So i submitted my motorcycle to honda show room at Durgapur City
Center(WB) motor cycle no is WB-40-S-6093 on 12th may 2011 for repearing.
But still i have not receive my motor cycle with a runing condition.
Due to no spear parts avlebal on any showroom, ,

i gave my honda dio for first paid servicing in pune in a authorised service centre but after servicing i found so many problem in my scooty... i can not start it smoothly by self and also they harmed the self start button... and when i get back to them they told directly that they are not responsible for it and they did't entertained my problem in good manner... sir i need support against my complain.
