[Resolved] Honda 2 Wheelers India — lost my Honda Activa key by the service provider | |||
Pratik Honda has lost my Honda Activa 2 wheeler key during second free service, last 2 months back. They promise me that they will replace my Honda activas complete lock set. But till today they had not replaced my lock set. They are just fooling me saying that they dont have spare from last 2 month. Yesterday on 27/05/2011, I gave my activa for third free service and they promise me that they will replace the lock till tomorrow on saturday 28/05/2011. Now they are saying they had not received the lock from the company, so take the 2 wheeler today and bring it back on Monday 30/05/2011. I am fed up with Pratik Honda service. I lost my lot of time for the key issue, Pratik Service support doesnt care for my time and value as I am doing service in a private firm. I am suffering from last 2 months because of Pratik Honda. HONDA 2 WHEELERS INDIA — Faulty and disastrously expensive bike parts
My Chasis number is ME4KC09CBD8434685 sold on 13th Jan, fourth servicing done on 7th September, disastrous and faulty parts, disc brake and cone ball bearing is costing me 3500 bucks!! Honda 2 wheeler India Sucks. Regards Anand lakkaraju5%

HONDA 2 WHEELERS INDIA — DELAY OF SERVICE FULFILLMENT
DEAR SIRI HAD PURCHASED A HONDA CB SHINE ON 23RD APRIL 2010. UNFORTUNATELY THE BIKE I HAD SELECTED HAS MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN ITS REAR ALLOY WHEEL RIM. I HAD LODGED COMPLAIN ABOUT IT SEVERAL TIMES BUT STILL I DID NOT GET ANY REPONSE . THEY GIVE ME DATES AND WHEN I WENT THERE ,THEY TELL ME TO COME ANOTHER TIME BY SAYING SPARES NOT AVAILABLE .
SO I REQUEST TO GO THROUGH THIS MATTER AND KINDLY REVERT BACK TO ME.
