Re. Unwanted Waiting List Status of Honda Activa.
Sir,
This is to inform you that i have made a Booking of Honda Activa model (White Color) with your authorized dealer in Miraj City 416410 Dist Sangli on 30 July 2010 in the Name of Mrs. Anjum Jamadar.
Though more than 71 days have elapsed after booking the vehicle and 27 days after making the Total full payment, in contravention of all the assurances, the delivery of the vehicle has not yet been effected. I have been in constant touch with the dealer at about seven times, but all my efforts are in vain. I have got a list of people who had to undergo the same plight after booking the vehicles with this dealer. I was even once told that if I so desire I am welcome to cancel the booking. This should not be the spirit of a reputed dealer. It may please be noted that a person booking a vehicle do so with an intention and the deliberate system of harassing the customers and later on compelling them to cancel the booking is bad in law. Once a wait listed person cancels the booking after not getting the vehicle within the assured time, the same is given to a person who will pay more money than the market rate. Though I am yet to get gather some proof, it is understood that such sort of corruption is rampant with this dealer.

Honda-Activa Dlx — Honda Activa Booking
Hi,I have booked Honda Activa, in the month of Dec and been advised that I will get the bike within 15 days once I submit the full amout.
I have sumbitted the full amount to one of the dearler in Pune on 20 th Dec. But since now I am not getting any response from the dealer, And whenever I am calling he is saying that I will get the allocation details within 2-3 days. I am dam frustated now with this attitude and do not want to go for the same. I have been asking the dealer to return my money with the interest but he is not responding.
Need suggestion before I go the Consumer court.
