No tax payment receipt and ran 62 KMS before delivery

We have booked Honda Activa in Heritage Honda, Hunsur Road, Mysore. I made the payment on 5th Aug 2011, and showroom people said they will deliver the vehicle on 8th Aug 2011. We went they said its not ready, again they promised me on 9th Aug 2011. Again I went, they said Activa in is RTO office for registration. Waited around 2 hours, he said there is rain. After that i came to know that these people took activa by Drive not through Lagguage...

I have booked honda activa DLX 1.7.2011 by your dealer PRESSANA HONDA,965 Avinashi Road, Coimbatore -641 037.
your web site price is Rs.51,342 /- that person told Rs.52,238/- and do you have any engine warranty for 3,4,5 years this option available in your company. That parson told this option and collect Rs.1,025/-They are collecting so many hidden charges. So i am not satisfied by your agent price....

It is to bring your kind notice that i have booked Avtiva (white) DLX through Capital scooters pvt ltd. 28 Raja garden New Delhi110015 on 10 March 2011 my booking no. is 288 in the name of Rajiv Mohan Dhawan at the time of booking i was told that i'll recieve it within one month.
But I Was shocked to see during my visit to your different authorized dealers that they are ready to give Activa DLX on the spot if i'll take accessories...

Dear Sir,
I purchased new activa deluxe before 5 months(JAN 18), when i purchased till now i faced lot of problems in my vehicle.
I finished my first service after with in few days i noted heating problem in my back rear, i informed JSP SERVICE CENTRE ANNA NAGAR. At time of 2nd service Especially i informed that problem(back tyre heat) but he's not take a care off.
2nd service also not...
