[Resolved]  Honda — Activa have problem of accelerator jamming.

I have bought a Honda Activa in the month of January-13. i have faced the problem of accelerator jamming since last 4/5 months. I had discussed the problem during the last service in approx mar-13. They told me at that time of carburetor has a problem in your vehicle. but now onwards its ok. But yesterday i faced the same problem of accelerator jamming. So i sent my vehicle to the service center of honda - M/s Chakradhar Honda, Anand mahal road, surat, Gujarat. But today i had a call from their service manager that “Throttle switch" is broken & you have to pay 550 rs for new part. I told them that I have a warranty of 1 year of my vehicle. so why should i pay for that. This is company's manufacturing fault so they will change the part. so please resolve my matter.
