Dear Sir, I had bought Honda Activa on 28.01.2012. For one and half year it went smooth but this month when I went for the regular service at Gopal Honda Service Center, Dhanbad on 07.08.2013 the condition of the vehicle detoriated many folds after the service. 1. The choke wire was left jammed due to which the mileage decreased from 54 km/l to 38km/l 2. The brake setting was damaged so even at the speed of 40 km/he on applying full brakes the vehicle rolled for 1 meter. 3. The engine made noise after running for 5 kms. I again went for service on 14.08.2013 but the problem continued. Then I again revisited the service center on 19.08.2013. They asked me to drop the vehicle so I took my vehicle on 20.08.2013. But the problem continued and due to the poor brake setting where the front tyre stopped before the back tyre, I met with an accident on 21.08.2013. The credit for my injuries, mental & physical harassment goes to Gopal Honda Service Center, Dhanbad.     Hi there it's Jagannath i had purchase CB TRIGGER bike on 24.07.2013 from m/s.silicon Honda, i have issue as per attached image which i feel that its a designer fault, as you all avery that iron exposed to oxygen & water it get rust formation, knowing it Honda has sold to all consumers. i have spent nearly re.1,00,000/- to now a CB TRIGGER its totally ridiculous & footrest should be replaced offend or yearly. Same issue for silencer as well there no foot stand(attached image) it would cost me another re.500/- more if you had fix it with vehicle but now paint is peeling off slowly whenever pillow rider (ex:he/she will never noticed where they are keeping their foot, will it scratch or pint is peel off) when i ask service person to fix me the new foot stand his answer was put a sticker on it which is feel not a permanent solution.       Dear Sir, I Purchased Honda DIO SCV110 (FD) - PT Yellow on 23.08.2013 from Coimbatore M/s.Chandra Automobiles Pvt.Ltd.I am totally unsatisfied with the vehicle delivered from dealer. Following are the issues 1. PDI not done before delivery (Brake lamp and parking lamp not glowing) 2. Engine stops in-between 3. Delivery given by Security Personnel without checking.         Hi, I bought a HONDA AVAIATOR COMBI BRAKE[Disk Brake] Scooter 2 weeks back.after 250 kms I Fell down badly from the bike due to DISK Brake got stuck & Air locked and there was no movement of tyres.This is really not good ,since playing with human life.I request to change this features of this bike and unless take necessary action on this do not sell this scooter to people.I already informed all the people in Honda dealers[SAPHIRE HONDA],JP nagar,Bangalore.They told me that this was the first incident on this case,However I don't think so,since many people raised a concern on this before.Please take action on this.I request to replace the disk brake with good quality and better performance.           I HAD PURCHASED THE HONDA CB SHINE (BLACK) ON 20/07/2013 IN RANEBENNUR SURABHI HONDA SHOW ROOM, ONLY AFTER ONE MONTH THIS BIKE SIDE BARS COLOR GETTING REMOVE. RUSTING.
          HENCE ITS BIG CHEAT BY SHOW ROOM TO THE CUSTOMER. WE NEED JUSTICE
          .

          BUT THE METAL BODY OF THE VECHICLE GOT RUST ON IT AND EVEN THE COLOUR
          HAS STARTED DISSAPPEARING TOTALLY.

            HI,
            This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a new Honda Activa. After a long wait, it was delivered to me, but it lasted just for a day. The next day the Scooter refused to start. After almost 10-15 calls to the dealer, it was picked up by them. But I am still waiting for my scooter. The response which they give on asking about the status is extremely bad and intolerable. Is this the image which they want to set for the SO Called World Class Two Wheeler Company. I don't think so. It has already been more than 2 weeks and I am still without my scooter for which i have already paid.

              Last week 2nd August I heard some abnormal sound from engine, Immediately I approached my dealer for seeking the problem. Dealer told me to leave vehicle for one day further investigations at their service station in Sivakasi Mukesh Honda show room.. Yesterday I went to service station they told me in your vehicle engine we found 100grm sand inside, so your vehicle engine crank has been damaged. However the engine oil pouring hole place cape still torque tight marking not disturbed. But the service center they opened my engine without my knowledge and saying that engine crank is damaged. Still now the vehicle is not even run for 500KM. I’m very upset from the service center information and I approach service manager to get fault report & vehicle health check, from service center they refused to provide the reports.
              Now I’m surprised at Dealers response stating that the sand is inside & not investigating and providing the reports. It seems dealer is hiding the manufacturing defect in the vehicle.
              For your information the vehicle is under warranty. Hence all the repair should be carried out without cost to owner.
              Pls find attached related vehicle purchase documents & insurance copy for your reference.
              I’m requesting you to look in to problem personally & resolve it. Please do the needful & expecting favourable reply.

              Honda — engine damaged

              I have bought a twister before 9 months from TIRUR DEALER [KERALA] AM HONDA. Now its engine is damaged and now the dealer is not ready to accept my problem.I have given the vehicle to service for about 1 month . Even now its not ready.Please take necessory action against the dealer and give my vehicle as early as possible.

                  I purchased my Honda Dio from a dealer named VL Auto on 18th Oct 2012. The product was delivered with a manufacturing defect which was reported to Venetian Auto borivali east branch the same day. The defect was that the petrol gauge was not indicating the right amount of petrol in the petrol tank. Mr. Srinivasan at Venetian Honda borivali east branch had a look at it and assured that the same would be replaced in 1st servicing.
                  Now on the day of 1st servicing the same wasn’t done reason being the part wasn’t available. Okay i understand. Then at 2nd servicing too the same reason was given, I still understood. Then later there was a constant follow-up done and hence a day arrives when they called us up for the replacement of petrol gauge.
                  My brother had been there for getting the problem fixed. Once they replaced it, Mr. Sriniwasan asks my brother that checks it now itself later nothing shall be done. That point of time things looked okay and so we got it back. Now today I filled my petrol tank full only to look at the indicator at Empty. And this isnt 1st time after the replacement. This was the condition throughout, once the indicator reached at half way then post that even if petrol tank was empty it showed us at half. Because of this problem not once, twice or so but many times we were left stranded on road as the petrol was empty in tank but the indicator says half.

                  Now my questions to you:-

                  1) Was it my biggest mistake of my life to choose Honda product that you'll delivered a defected piece? Isn’t there an inspection done prior to delivering?

                  2) Is it that I kept quiet and understood your situations so i as a customer is being taken for granted??

                  3) After replacement Mr. Sriniwasan asks us to check it then and there. Well how am i suppose to do that filling in water in the tank?? Unless I use it how would I know?

                  Honda Dio — Servicing no space available

                  I purchased Honda Dio vehicle in the month of june 4th, veh no-MH12-GY 1797. After one month i went for 1st servicing, they refuse the servicing because of no space of parking at all. Why they are selling the large no of vehicle if they dont have any space to park.

                  Honda/DIO — about the dealer service

                  this complaint is regarding dealer service we have given our honda dio on free service on[protected] till date our vechicle is not completed and every time
                  the dealer sai ram honda at durg. this is the issue with us so we request to please look up after my problem.
                  Honda Dio mite be a good two-wheeler but the people with whom we need to deal with at service centre are just pathetic. This above details i have sent to Honda people as feedback but recvd no response such pathetic is the service.

                    Myself G.lakshmana rao...........we have purchased Honda active 2 wheeler on 3-7-2013.after completion of 500 kilometers offered for 1st servicing on[protected].but dealer is demanding service charge for changing of engine oil which is highly unjustified and irregular.u have published in instructions"instruction no.9 replace engine oil free "but dealer is rejecting for changing of engine oil at free of cost....necessary action should be taken and relevant reply is needed immediately

                      So kindly look at the matter & take a necessary action for replace a new wheel as soon as possible.

                      Honda — tyre

                      to the respected sir,
                      actually i have got crack on my external part of the tyre which i have purchased just one and half year back(honda stunner) bike.i have just roamed in the city itself and my bike kilometer reading is 4000km and the tyre is tubeless tyre . i have asked the company regarding this matter they said that there are many such bikes which may get crack in a year or during manufacturing defect. they are so irresponsible not even caring a customer .
                      so i request you to please look into the matter and hope you give a better judgement towards customer's

                      HONDA /TVS TYRE — MANUFACTURING DEFECT

                      I HAVE HONDA STUNNER PGM FI M/C IN WHICH REAR TYRE OF TVS HAVING MANUFACTURING DEFECT OF BUBBLING NATURE BETWEEN THE EACH RUBBER PADDING PORTION . DEALER IS NEITHER GIVING ANY RESPONSE NOR ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT.

                      I have a TVS Star city fitted with TVS tyre. The rare wheel tyre has a some defect at the locations of TVS embossing resulting eccentric rotation and bubbling / digging. Ultimately, it was removed. Anyone can give a solution?

I had discussed the problem during the last service in approx mar-13. They told me at that time of carburetor has a problem in your vehicle. but now onwards its ok. But yesterday i faced the same problem of accelerator jamming. So i sent my vehicle to the service center of honda - M/s Chakradhar Honda, Anand mahal...

HE HAS NOT FULFILLING & NOT READY TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE. THEY HAVE CHARGED US ONLY FOR NAME SAKE THERE IS NO SERVICE . WE PHASE MANY PROBLEM BUT RSA NOT COMING TO HELPED US OUT.

                          I had purchased a Activa Moter cycle from Shri Ganpati Honda on dt.[protected]. After few days the gear box of the moter cycle making noise. I complaint about that to the dealer he sent me to the service center they put some oil in the gear box and said that after some time when the moter cycle runs the noise is goes out. But spite that the gear box is still making noise. They are not solving my problem.

                          I previously inform you about my Honda Activa Moter Cycle which is purchased by from Shri Ganpati Honda Varanasi. The gear box of my motor cycle is making noise after complain g on your site they called me on dated 26-07-13 on dt. 27-07-13 they delivered by motor cycle. According to them they had changed the bearing and pinion of the gear box but it is still making some noise I am not satisfied by their work done. Please suggest me what I have to done against them.

                            I purchased a dream yuga bike on 5th June, 2013 from JB Honda dealer at Jhandewalan, Delhi. I made a complaint to honda 20 days regarding all the problems but not got any proper reply from them. One of the serviceman from honda service station told me that the shookers of the bike are finished and need to be replaced but Mr. Mithun Mahto send one person Mr, Vimal to Anand Parbat service station after too many reminder calls and that person given the conclusion that the shookers are fine and only need to be repaired. he was not at all bothered about my other complaints. and told me that the bike is perfectly fine. the bike is making too much noise like a generator is running, also having millage problem (45kmpl approx.), self start is also not working properly. there are several other problemsalso. I am really surprised that a company like honda can show such a attitude and deliver such a pathetic product and not giving any response to my complaints. After meeting with Mr vimal, i told the Secretary of Mr. mithun that the problem has not solved yet but she straight away refused that nothing can be done further. the decision of Mr. Vimal will be considered as final decision. I request you to look into my matter and do the needful.

                            Honda — attack & destruction by monkeys

                            Hello sir,

                            I am resident of sector 10A, gurgaon.The number of monkeys in our area (near to house no.[protected] have been increasing and are creating a nuance. They had attacked many people & create enough destruction.It is not safe now for small children to play in the evening.Please take necessary action

                              Today on 22nd July 2013, my car suddenly stopped on NH-8 at 9:50 AM and all controls stopped working. A complaint was lodged with Road Side Assistance group vide complaint No. 55406 at 10:25 AM. Crane was sent after 03 hrs i.e. at 01:30 PM. Car was stuck up in the middle of the road where all vehicles were moving at a speed of more than 100 kmh. Your call centre kept on fooling us by saying that crane shall reach within one hour (i.e. it has started from Patel Nagar, after some time they said it has reached Samalkha and so on). Crane driver told that he has been given the compliant at 12:30 PM only. How could your company afford to behave so irresponsibly and leave its customers on road, that too when the car is still in extended warranty of four years.

                              Further, I shall give details of Pearl Honda, Gurgaon experiences separately.

                                I had bought a Honda Activa from JSP Honda Anna Nagar dated June 12th. I have paid my hard earned money Rs 62000/- at one shot and booked the vehicle with lot of dreams. As i had a tremendous faith in Honda make where i had good feedback from my cousin who just a month back bought Activa hence preferred to get it. A tragic scenario i had on the very same day when i took the delivery on 12th June.

                                As Honda people never shows the vehicle to customer, its only on allotment basis, we had no option to choose.
                                When i took the delivery mud gaurd was damaged, when i was driving for the first time, i had not experienced a smooth ride.
                                When i had complained this, my mud guard was changed, bike hailing was reduced i was advised to raise and drive so that engine will set.
                                Most tragic part steering was totally out of control, its too tight when you turn right, it was like driving a share auto, so much noise and no pick up at all....and no smoothness of a new vehicle.

                                When i had raised the complaints, these people are just trying to convince us.
                                When i was totally not able to handle it, i had raised a complaint to Customer care manager, left the vehicle in service centre....lot of issues was noted as clutch plate, fork steering etc.....

                                Today i had taken back the vehicle from service centre, totally upset as it worser than before.

                                This has really upset me mentally for the past one month as this is my hard earned money i have lost, where they have rights to do that.

                                Honda has to either refund my money or replace my vehicle.

                                I would legally file a case against JSP Honda Dealer.

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that, I had purchased Honda Activa from Jugal Kishore Scooters, Faizabad Road, Lucknow on 29/04/2013, vide registration No. UP32 EW 8581, Engine No, ME4JF501DD8210338 JF50E80209789. It is after coming to know that, Honda has launched a new model of Activa with better technology and improved mileage and performance, I instantly sold out my old Activa 2008 model to get the new Activa with HET technology, but all in vain. Since the day one I purchased the new model (ie: on 29/04/2013) I noticed that the vehicle was lacking pickup and the sound of the engine was awkward and loud in comparison to a new vehicle. I instantly informed brought this to the Manager. But he convinced me telling that this will go off after the first servicing. As directed I started driving the vehicle within speed limit 40 Kmph and single seated up till 750 kms completed. Then according to my convenience I gave the vehicle for its first servicing at Beeaar Honda mentioning the sound, pickup and mileage issue in the Job card on 18/05/2013. After the servicing, the sound was comparatively lower, to which the attendant claimed to be gone after few Kms driving. Now this time a bit of bubbling also appeared while driving. I instantly returned the vehicle back for rechecking the same. I was handed over the vehicle back with assurance that everything is fine, which was not. After having a long discussion with the mechanic and the attendant, I was told to use the vehicle till the time of second servicing, by then everything will become smooth. I drove the vehicle till the time of second servicing in vein and agony. During the time of second servicing, the sound, pickup, mileage and bubbling problem was again notified in the job card. But all my attempts went worthless. Job card just seems to be a mere formality and never to be attended. The awkward sound increased by time. After going speed beyond 45 Kmph, the sound appeared to be of an old vehicle resembling to that of an Auto. While accelerating there was a resistive pickup as if the vehicle could not take load. The vehicle never runs smooth. Mileage too is not satisfactory. The bubbling still persisted along with the respective sound. Now the point of complaining this to the Service Center appears to be worthless. It appears that I am sold with an old or repaired Vehicle or I am handed over with a defective and malfunctioning piece. My expectations and faith from such a deemed company like Honda has been shattered and is fading away. By the purchase this vehicle I am facing mental trauma and agony and very much dissatisfied with the performance of this erroneous product. You are hereby requested to look into this matter personally and provide a resolution / replacement of the defective vehicle. I have received very un-supportive and rash response from the officials of Beear Honda service center. According to their statements, ultimately I have to appease them to get my problem resolved, which is not appreciated. I have invested Rs. 54, 000 for an erroneous machine which could never be rectified and according to the manager at the service center, the company has the history of never replacing the faulty unit. Your kind intervention is required regarding the same to be resolved.

                                    I had given my bike CBR250R for chain lubrication.Before my approval,the entire bike was opened and i was informed that the parts have been spoiled and shpuld be replaced.I asked them not to replace any of the parts and just do the lubrication.When the bike was delivered to me,the bike was in a very bad condition as to what it was before i gave it for servicing.The bike was not moving at all and the original parts that were with my bike had been removed and damaged parts were put.The service centre people did not take any responsibility of it.

                                      I have purchased a Honda Unicorn bike from Horizon Honda, Ranchi (Jharkhand) on 11 Jun 2013(Soft copy of Invoice attached). Some worker engaged at the Showroom approached me for 'Tefcoat'(Royel Enterprise) on my new bike and they told me that you can get free service of 'Tefcoat' from any Honda Showroom anywhere in India. I get done 'Tefcoat' on my bike and it cost Rs 500/-(Soft copy of invoice attached). But when I have gone to my nearest showroom for first free servicing at Durgapur (West Bengal) showroom, they serviced by bike but denied for "Tefcoat'. Showroom authorities said we can not do the 'Tefcoat' as it was done by another Honda showroom. When I contact the Horizon Honda, showroom authorities regarding the matter they unable to give satisfied answer. Now my question is that - Why the workers engaged in the Honda showroom misguide the customers for a sum of Rs 500/- ? It not only downgrade the reputation of showroom but also downgrade the reputation of Honda company. I think Honda is also responsible for the fact as if they unable to provide the service they should not keep them in the showroom. Now, I want to get back the amount spent for "Tefcoat'.
