I purchased my Honda Dio from a dealer named VL Auto on 18th Oct 2012. The product was delivered with a manufacturing defect which was reported to Venetian Auto borivali east branch the same day. The defect was that the petrol gauge was not indicating the right amount of petrol in the petrol tank. Mr. Srinivasan at Venetian Honda borivali east branch had a look at it and assured that the same would be replaced in 1st servicing.

Problem in gear Box

grinding sound while driving

Since the first day of ownership, I have heard a grinding sound (Whooshing sound) while driving. I have complained to the Honda Service center. They first said it was my clutch plate, took the clutch apart and cleaned it. Sound persisted. Every time I came for service, they would clean the clutch, but sound still there. I even made extra trips to deal with the sound, but every time they only cleaned the clutch. No difference - sound still...
