[Resolved]  Honda — Battery Problem

The honda activa has many problems and honda is not looking for the complaints of the coustomers.

The battery that company is supplying initially with a new honda activa is claimed to be original exide battery, but the quality of this battery is really poor. The battery starts giving problem in various functions such as self start, horn like basic functions very soon after the purchase. I had purchased activa last year in august and it started to fail in December, when I launched this complaint with the local dealer he proposed me to leave the scooter with him for 10-15 days which according to me is a headache from the perspective of a customer. I also inquired about this with several relatives/colleagues and to my surprise every one had experienced the same or heard about the similar issues from others. I want the company to take a strict action and do a thorough quality check for the battery product they are supplying with the scooters.
